-4 Full size beds, 2 Twins (bunks), and 1 Full size sofa bed

-A ground-level ocean-view Saltillo terrace with a beautiful cactus
-A second-story wooden terrace with ocean view (see picture)
-30 minutes from the San Diego border

Vacation Rental Amenities

-Free access to the Rosarito Beach Hotel's pools and jacuzzis (right next door to the complex)
-Located inside a gated community (Rosarito Shores) with 24 hr security
-3 parking spaces: 1 inside the house's garage, 1 right outside, and 1 available in overflow parking

-Wide Sandy Beach, a 1 minute walk without leaving the gated community
-Within 7 minutes walking distance from everything in downtown: main restaurants, nightlife, etc.
-Horseback riding on the beach right next to the house (3 minute walk)

-Pier walks or fishing from pier (5 minute beach walk)

2008 Rates for 8 people (for up to 12, there's a small extra charge):
-June 13 to September 14: 
    Friday or Saturday: $275 to $390
    Weekly: $800 to $1,200
-March 3 to June 12:
    Friday or Saturday: $250 to $340
    Weekly: $675 to $975
-January, February, September, October, November and December: Expect lower rates.
