This 1 BR, 1.5 bath first floor unit is newly and beautifully
furnished. It has a tiled screened in patio with a private view. The
unit is a short distance to the clubhouse and pool and is one block
to the ocean. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room sleeps two.
The unit is very open and spacious -lots of room.It is very tastefully
decorated with typical Floridian decor - rattan, wicker and light,
cheery colors. The unit has brand new tile in the foyer, hallway and
kitchen; tile in both bathrooms; brand new wood laminate floors in
LR/DR area. Appliances include washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, stove, microwave, brand new refrigerator.The kitchen is
very spacious with lots of cabinets and counter space
as well as a breakfast bar with seating for three. There is a LR/DR
combination with a couch, loveseat, coffee and end table and
beautiful rattan and glass dining set with seating for four. There is
a ceiling fan above the DR table. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new Simmons
Beauty Rest mattress for your sleeping comfort. There is a large
dresser and two night tables. There is a large walkin closet as well
as another closet. The master bath has sliding glass shower doors and
small vanity. The second bath is at the end of the hallway near the
kitchen. There is a linen closet, hallway utility closet and another
closet in the LR/DR area. There is also a utility closet on the patio.
There is a very large glass slider with vertical blinds which leads
to the screened in patio. Brand new carpet in bedroom & ceiling fan.
The unit is furnished with everything you need. Just bring your
bathing suit and your tootbrush! As the owner, I live in Jupiter and
am always available in case any emergency shoud arise.(and we hope
that won't happen!) The unit is always kept in immaculate condition.
This is a nonsmoking unit, also.
