Marina, Fishing and Diving Charters as well as great water front  
dining, all within walking/Biking distance. 
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 King Bed, 5 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 2 Entertaining/Living areas,  
Washer/Dryer, 2 Central A/C units, Ceiling Fans, Large Porch,  
Fully Equipped Kitchen, VCR/Cable, 5 TV's, Stereo, Large Steel  
Propane Grill, Deck Chairs and Loungers, 30'dock depth entering  
canal is 4 feet at mean tide. w/120V and Water at the dock,  
Lush Landscaping.  
 
Meals can be cooked outside on the Gas BBQ, or in the fully  
appointed kitchen,containing everything from dishwashers to blenders  
for the requisite frozen drinks.  
 
The master bedroom overlooks the canal with its own sliding glass  
door to the deck. It has a King size bed, Cable TV/VCR and private  
bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third Bedroom has  
Twin Beds. Guest bath has a tub/shower. 
 
First floor offers the Safari Room with 2 Queen Beds and Cable TV,  
next bedroom offers a Queen Bed, Third bedroom downstairs offers 
2 Twin Beds.

Activities and Attractions

Walk to restaurants, par three golf course, tennis courts, party  
boats, charter boats, dive shops and marina.  Just minutes to  
Coffin's Patch reef, Sombrero Reef and Looe Key.  
 
All within site of the Atlantic Ocean and Vaca Cut Bridge. 1 hr to  
Key West, 5 minutes to Marathon airport, 2 hrs to Miami.  
 
Smoking permitted only on balcony or outside. No pets, please. 
 
Step out your back door onto your boat (rentals available nearby) 
Only a short boat ride away is some of the best fishing, snorkeling  
and diving in the USA.
