Beach Haven Retreat in Beach Haven

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. The home is on the OCEAN SIDE of
the island, a short block and a half from the ocean and two blocks from
the bay. You can see the sunrise and the sunset.

Bright and airy home has eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, large den and full bath on the first floor together with 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower on the second floor. Master Bedroom has queen size bed with sitting area containing a sofa and loveseat which leads to deck. Second bedroom has double bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a tiered deck off the kitchen leading to a shaded yard. The decks contain patio furniture, umbrella, lounge chairs tables and a gas grill. The yard is great for relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee or an evening after the beach. There is also an outdoor shower. House has two TV's, Central Air Conditioning. Detached garage holds beach chairs, toys for the beach and the gas grill.

Home is located about a mile from the main hub of Beach Haven. You can stroll to the shops and restaurants in the heart of Beach Haven but the home
is far enough from the hustle bustle to make it a relaxing retreat.
Grab a bike and take a ride in the morning to get coffee and
breakfast at Uncle Will's. Close to the bay where you can take boat rides to Atlantic City and see the gorgeous sunset.
