This non-smoking, no pet home is a beautiful 3200 square foot home
situated on Long Lake. Access is private and
direct. Long Lake is a beautiful pristine all activities lake
approximately 5 miles long and 2 miles wide with 5 uninhabitated
islands. Long Lake is ranked one of the top 5 cleanest lakes in
Michigan. Lake has hard sandy bottom that is great for kids and
water activities. Located 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City,
20 minutes from Interlochen Academy of the Arts, and 25 minutes from
Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Full sunny

Sleeps 16 on beds (2 on sleeper sofa). Includes a sauna and outside
fire pit (firewood not included), dock with mooring for your boat,
whirlpool bathtub in master bedroom, Weber gas grill, stereo, VHS
player, DVD player, 2 large televisions plus a small one in the
master bedroom, extensive decking, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully
stocked kitchen, all linens provided, beautifully landscaped lot,
swing set, fireplace, pool table, nicely furnished. All you need to
bring is your food and clothes. Convenient party store within a few

Activities include fishing, boating, swimming, sunbathing, relaxing,
board games, Platte River tubing, Sleeping Bears Dunes National
Park, nature walks, hot air balloon rides, jet ski and boat rentals,
shopping at Grand Traverse Mall and downtown Traverse City.
National Cherry Festival in early July. Tennis courts and running
track 1/4 mile away at township park. Concerts at Interlochen Arts
Academy and "old-time" drive-in theater in Honor, MI. Vineyard

vacation rental rates

Up to sixteen people ---- $3200.00 per week
Off season rates are available. Rental time periods ranging from
weekends, weekly, monthly, or multiple months from September through
June are available too. Please inquire. Please note that the last
week of August 2008 is a shortened week running from Saturday August
23rd with a check-in time of 3pm through Friday August 29th with a
check-out time of 10am. The rate for this shortened week is
$2700.00. The rate for Labor Day weekend will be $1700.00 for Friday
check-in at 3pm and Monday check-out no later than 8pm.

Deposit of 1/2 is needed in advance to secure your desired week.
Remainder is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Damage deposit of
$600.00 is due upon check-in. Rental week runs Saturday to
Saturday. Check-in is 3pm. and check out is 10 am. Damage deposit
will be mailed back within one week. Additional pictures sent upon
request.
