My home is located at 888 Kline Street, one minute from Sumter Landing, across the street from the Virginia Trace neighborhood swimming pool, and one block from the Canal Street Recreation Center. A 4-passenger, high-speed, night-drivable golf cart, a computer, a printer/copier, and a high-speed, wireless Internet connection are provided with my home.

Decorated with a soft, light, and airy color scheme, my home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a screened lanai, 2-car garage, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and, in the den/third bedroom, there is a daybed that becomes two twin beds by sliding-out and popping-up the hidden bed.

For an additional one-time, optional fee of $50 you can play golf for free at nineteen executive (9-hole) golf courses located in The Villages. Yes, free golf on the executive courses. There are 9 championship golf courses available for play in The Villages for very reasonable fees.

Golf, tennis, swimming, concerts, plays, theater, arts, shopping, entertainment, dancing, biking, walking, softball, shuffleboard, card games, board games, and many more activities all located in The Villages. Orlando, with Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, Sea World, and other attractions, is less than an hour drive from The Villages. Daytona Beach is less than a 90 minute drive.
