2 Blocks from SUMTER LANDING, across the street from the VIRGINIA TRACE
neighborhood pool, 1 block up from the Canal Street Recreation Center,
surrounded by the Mallory Championship Golf Course, near the Bacall and Bogart
Executive Golf Courses, this 3-bedroom designer home at 888 Kline Street is convenient to
everything, entertainment, dining, shopping, swimming, golf, tennis, and all of
the activities in The Villages.
A 4-passenger, high-speed, night-drivable golf cart, a computer, a printer/copier, and a high-speed, wireless Internet connection are provided with my home.
Decorated with a soft, light, and airy color scheme, my home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a screened lanai, 2-car garage, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and, in the den/third bedroom, there is a daybed that becomes two twin beds by sliding-out and popping-up the hidden bed.

There are 11 championship golf courses available for play in The Villages for very reasonable fees.
