Vacation Rental Description

New, beautifully furnished, designer home located in The Villages, 
Florida - a planned community 55 miles north of Orlando. Play golf, 
tennis, swim, and enjoy hundreds of organized activities every week. 
Shop, grab a bite to eat, see a movie, and enjoy free entertainment 
every night at one of two town squares, all located in The Villages –
a vacation paradise in the heart of Florida.

This designer home is located in the Village of Virginia Trace, a 
short walk from the new town square at Lake Sumter Landing. Walk 
across the street to enjoy the neighborhood swimming pool (there is 
not a swimming pool located on the site of this home), or walk 
down the street to the Canal Street Recreation Center where you can 
swim, play tennis, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickle ball, billiards, 
and enjoy many other activities. Shopping for groceries and 
necessities is convenient at nearby malls which are reachable by 
golf car, the preferred mode of transportation at The Villages – 
sometimes referred to as ‘the golf car community’.

With 1,400 square feet of climate-controlled living space, this 
designer home in The Villages has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 
screened lanai, 2-car garage, living room, dining room, kitchen, and 
laundry room. A 4-person golf car is available with the home.

This vacation home in The Villages is fully furnished including 
washer, dryer, linens, kitchenware, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, 
microwave, TV’s, DVD, computer, printer/copier, Internet access and 
phone. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size 
bed in the second bedroom, and, in the den/third bedroom, there is a 
daybed that becomes two twin beds by sliding-out and popping-up the 
hidden bed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The rental rates include all utilities, cable TV, internet service, 
trash collection, lawn service, and local phone. For an additional 
one-time, optional fee of $50 you can play golf for free at nineteen 
executive (9-hole) golf courses located in The Villages. Yes, free 
golf on the executive courses. There are 7 championship golf courses 
available for play in The Villages for very reasonable fees.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, swimming, concerts, plays, theater, arts, shopping, 
entertainment, dancing, biking, walking, softball, shuffleboard, 
card games, board games, and many more activities all located in The 
Villages. Orlando, with Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, and 
other attractions, is less than an hour drive from The Villages. 
Daytona Beach is less than a 90 minute drive.
