Your mountain home is nestled among dozens of large trees in
beautiful Mountain Lake Forest. Secluded, yet 15 minute drive into
town. Great for a family vacation, honeymoon, or a quiet week-end
getaway. Perfect home to do things as a family but also room and
space for individual private time reading or napping. You have paved
winter access to home, safe for a beautiful morning or evening walk,
level grassy yard for croquet, horseshoes, or just enjoying the cool
mountain air and mountain views. Enjoy one of 4 covered decks. Watch
the birds, hummingbirds, squirrels come to you on your deck or in
your large, private yard.

(each with private covered deck.)
Main Level has living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room,
kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and laundry room. Covered deck runs the
entire
lenth of main level.
Lower level has master bedroom, full bathroom, garage with ping pong
table, and 4th bedroom. Lower Level also has covered deck running
entire length. Mobile basketball goal in driveway. Basketball,
football, fishing pole/tackle in garage for your use.

Your vacation home has everything you will need to relax and enjoy
the mountains. Fully equipped kitchen includes coffee pot,
microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, toaster, bed and bath
linens. During cold months there are flannel sheets. Laundry room
has washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Bedrooms have alarm
clocks and tv/vcr. Telephones on all floors with answering
machine in master bedroom. Main level has 32 inch tv with dvd/vcr
combo and dvd/video libary with latest and favorite movies. Firewood
is also furnished. Main deck has gas grill, rocking chairs, patio
tables, and chairs. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a hot cup
of coffee, chocolate, tea.
Walk or drive 1/2 mile down mountain (staying in neighborhood) for a
fun time fishing or feeding the 2 swans and 1 duck. (Fishing pole
and tackle in garage.)

Many Local Attractions: Blue Ridge Parkway, white water rafting,
canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, tubing, panning for gold, gem
mining, Mini Apolis Grand Prix (race cars for all ages), miniature
golf, snow sking, Cherokee Indian Reservation and Casino, Carolina
Nights Dinner Theater, Wheels through Time (Harley Davidson
motorcycle), The Stomping Ground (clog dancing), trout farms or
miles of mountain streams for fishing. Take a 15 minute drive to
downtown Waynesville with some of the best small town shopping or
enjoy a street festival held on many weekends. Make time for
Barber's apple orchard with the best apple pie and cake in the
South. Drive 30 minutes to The Biltmore Estates and Farmers Market
in Asheville. Don't care to shop or tour?, stay back and play 18
holes on one of the local mountain golf courses.

Regular Rates:
$650.00 weekly. $119.00 night.(minimum 2 nights)
Holiday Rates:
$700.00 weekly - $139.00 night (minimum 3 nights)
Holiday Rate applies: October 1st - November 4th.
Deposit: A security deposit of $250.00 to hold reservation.
Reservation is not guaranteed until deposit is received. Deposit is
refunded upon a satisfactory inspection of the home.
Maximum guests sleeping over: Eight (8). Exceptions for additional
people (for additional fee) will be considered. Discounts are
available for four (4) guests or less. (Using 1-2 Bedrooms)
PAYMENT IN FULL FOR RENTAL IS DUE TWO(2) WEEKS PRIOR TO RENTAL
DATE.
Cleaning: A fee of $100.00 will be charged.
All monies will be refunded if cancellation is Thirty (30)
days in advance. Please, no smoking inside the house. No pets.
Check-in 4:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am. Sometimes early check-in
and/or late check-out may be available depending on the arrival and
departure of other guests. (Ask in advance of your stay.) Please
respect these times. Home requires thorough cleaning before new
guests arrive.
