Condo has a fully funished kitchen 
w/dishwasher/microwave/stove/oven/side-by-side refrigerator. Central 
air-conditioning, 2 Cable TV's, DVD, 2 VCR's, stereo,large patio, w/ 
gas grill, which overlooks both heated pools, 3 tennis courts, and 
Marina (on site)! 



Just steps away from fabulous "pure white" sandy quartz beaches and 
beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets. . .very romantic!! There's so much 
to do here!. ... 


You can walk/jog on Crescent Beach- (Voted #1 Beach in the World by 
the Travel Channel- soft white sand that feels just like baby 
powder!!). 

Shopping, fishing, scuba, snorkeling, boating, biking, golfing and 
many fine restaurants to choose from, as well as museums and 
aquariums close by!


Siesta Key is a barrier coastal island in the Gulf of Mexico which 
is 
located within the city limits (3-miles SW of Sarasota, Florida) 
accessible by two bridges. Siesta Key is only 1 hr. south of Tampa, 
50 min. north of Ft. Myers/Naples area, and only 2 hours from the 
Disney/Orlando area! 

Siesta Key is serviced by all four of the following airports: 
Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Tampa International, and St. Petersburg 
airports.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo is fully furnished and has a patio w/ gas grill, close to 
the beach for morning walks along the shoreline to pick up 
sanddollars and watch the dolphins swimming out at sea! 


The condo's patio is poolside (and courtside), so you walk right out 
to (1 adult heated pool-1 kiddie heated pool)and 3 Tennis courts. 
There is a Gym/Workout Room/with Sauna, Boat Marina and fishing pier 
on site! Our unit has a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Laundry rooms 
on every floor. 


Steps to, Crescent/Siesta Beach which is known as one of the 
most "beautiful beaches anywhere in the world"! At the "Great 
International White Sand Beach Challenge" held in 1987, it was 
recognized as having the "whitest and finest sand in the world." The 
Travel Channel has named Siesta as one of the world's best beaches 
for two years in a row!

Most beaches are made mostly of coral, but Siesta Beach's sand is 
99% 
quartz pulverized to a fine powder and stays cool to the touch, even 
under the hot Florida sun. It has also been named as one 
of “America’s Best Beaches”; “Third Best Walking Beach in the USA,” 
by USA Today International Edition; and “The Best of the Best Sand,” 
by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine.

Sorry, no smoking in condo (on patio is o.k.) and no pets/no RV's, 
Trucks or Trailers. Multiple week/& monthly reservations accepted in 
advance. . we are booking "sunny weather" into the those cold, snowy 
winter months!! 

Vacation Rental Rates

              Rates in US Funds

$350 refundable Security Deposit due at reservation, which changes 
to 
Cleaning/Damage Deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be returned 
to you 30-45 days after a satisfactory check-out.Less $75.00 
cleaning fee. Security deposit 
will become non-refundable if renter fails to cancel 30 days before 
arrival date.
Full amount of rent is due 30-days prior to arrival. Two-week rental 
minimum. Credit 
cards, PayPal,certified bank checks and postal money orders accepted 
for payment. 

Discount % for multiple weeks/months continuous stay-(see rates 
below).

Summer Season/ May 1st-Oct 31
$750.00/1-week  $2800/ 1-month.Two week minimum plus 11% tax

Fall Season/November 1st-Dec 31st  $995/1-week $3555./month.Two week 
minimum plus 11% tax

High Season- 
January 1-April 30 - 
$1300 /1 week   $4900/ month. Two week minimum. plus 11% tax
