Vacation Rental Description

84 Mill Hill Road is a modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house, just 
built in 2001.  All rooms in the home provide fantastic views of the 
pond, and there is direct access to the pond on the property.

The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, and 
cable TV, as well as a spectacular view of the pond.  It also 
features a large master bath with a double sink vanity.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom as well.  
The third bedroom has a double bed and a separate entrance at the 
pond level.  The TV room has cable (television and internet access) 
and can be used as a fourth bedroom, as it is equipped with a full 
futon.

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and includes gas stove, 
dishwasher, and new fridge with water filtration system.  The deck is 
off the kitchen and has a gas grill and eating area overlooking the 
pond.

Boats
A canoe and a paddle boat are available for tenant use.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer (June 30 - September 1)*: $3500 per week
June & September*: $2500 per week
Off-season: $1750 per week, $350 per night

*June through September rentals run Saturday to Saturday with a one 
week minimum.
