Our spectacular VERY SPACIOUS 3 bedroom Surfside Beach Resort
Ocean View Condominium is awesome and provides great views of the
emerald-green Gulf. This unit can also be rented as a 1, 2 or 3
bedroom.

Our unique, angled, floor plan provides Gulf views from all rooms.
This is "Not" your typical shot-gun style floor plan. All rooms are
angled/open with glass doors/windows from ceiling to floor. All
rooms open to a huge 45-foot balcony overlooking pool and beautiful
GULF. Our unit is very open, large, has high ceilings, great 18-inch
tile floors. Unique features of this building include air-
conditioned interior hallways and enclosed parking. Surfside Resort
provides one of the area's most complete array of amenities.

There are 2 master bedroom suites. A huge master bedroom with a king-
size bed with GULF view, beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR, large
lighted walk-in closet, vanity table, and spacious master bath with
large glass-enclosed shower. The second master bedroom with Gulf
view has two queen-size beds with beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR,
closet, refrig, microwave, coffee pot and full bath with tub/shower.
The third bedroom has a queen & our living room has a queen sleeper
sofa. Our unit sleeps a total
of 10 guests.

The living room is beautifully decorator furnished, includes
entertainment center with TV/VCR, stereo/CD player. The mirrored
dining room creates a very open room that brings in more views of
the beautiful emerald green Gulf.

Our fully-furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, refrig,
micro, fully stocked, even a crock pot. We have added many personal
touches/items. Your every need has been anticipated. We also have
washer/dryer and TV/VCRs in the living room and bedrooms.

There is plenty of storage to get your bags and "things" out of your
way while you are relaxing. Full linens, towels, etc. are also
provided. The huge balcony is completely furnished and accessorized.

Surfside's over-sized pool area includes a large heated pool, two
hot tubs, a kiddie pool, sauna, showers, shuffle board, and plenty
of lounge chairs to relax and soak up the magnificent Gulf rays.
There is a wonderful, private walkover from the pool area directly
onto the sugar-white sand beach for your added convenience. We also
have lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffle board,covered
parking, picnic area with BBQ grills, interior entrance (air
conitioned) to Each unit, and More.

Surfside also provides open and covered decking with picnic tables
On The Beach where you can watch gorgeous and romantic sunsets while
you sip your afternoon beverage, or you can enjoy watching the
playful dolphins and/or watch the interesting tourists walking and
basking on what is ranked as one of the "10" Most Beautiful Beaches
In The World.

Policy prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25, or pets of
any kind. This is a non-smoking unit.

Destin's most popular theme parks are near. Six of Destin's most
popular golf courses are within minutes. You can rent boats
(pontoon, sail, motorboats, or jet skis). Destin's most popular
restaurants are within one mile and there are three shopping malls
within miles.

Destin is also known as the "luckiest fishing village in the world,"
so if you fancy catching some red snapper, flounder, pompano, or
grouper, you can go out for half a day or all day,
and guess what???? My brother is a charter captain, "Captain Bill"
on the boat "Miss Hazel"; and do they catch "Big and Many" fish
(not just saying that because he's my brother of course). They
are really Great and have a "Fun Time". I can even coordinate your
