own back yard. It's a water lover's dream, prime mid-island 
location, 
and complete bay access that leads to Gulf of Mexico in only a few 
minutes. Relax and soak up the amazing views on one of the private 
docks and even catch a glimpse of passing manatee.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two bedrooms, each with king sized beds, den with queen sized 
sofabed, sleeps 6.....two full baths.

Florida room with cable TV, VCR, Stero,DVD, phone. Screened Lanai 
with solar heated pool, and BBQ.  Two boat docks with lifts, deck, 
and three hanging swings.  Kitchen fully equipped.  Laundry room 
with 
washer/dryer.  Home is fully furnished, down to the last wine glass, 
bicycle, or beach chair.

Private beach (Gulf) access just 500 ft.

No smoking in doors, please.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season Rates, (May - Dec. 15th):
     $1,200 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
     $4,250 per month

In Season Rates, (Dec. 16th - April):
     $2,000 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
     $7,100 per month
     (January rentals are discounted 10%)
     (Repeat customers receive a $100 weekly rental discount)
