Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home centrally located on a quiet cul de 
sac.  Very close to shopping and the london bridge.  Plenty of room 
to park a boat.  New tile, great open floor plan.  Part of the garage 
is converted into a sitting area.  Enjoy the weather, have a BBQ after getting off the water.  Make 
it like your own house.  This is not a party house, it is our vacation house so please treat it like 
your own.  No smoking and No pets.

King bed in master and queen bed in guest bedrooms plus futon in

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter rental avail from Nov-Mar.  $1200 per month plus utilities.  
Owners pay cable and phone.  All Snowbirds welcome.  Deposit required 
of $500.
Weekend rental during summer $250/night with $250 deposit and $75 
cleaning fee.


Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received to owner within 
30 days of scheduled trip for a refund, after 30 days no refund.
