We are presently booking for the spring, summer, and fall of 2012.

Charming apartment-style one-bedroom condo (sleeps four) in Victorian-era inn; ocean view with private deck. Three rooms plus full bath: Bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and cozy deck with a direct view of the ocean; Full kitchen; Living room has a new queen sofa bed that sleeps two. We are a two-minute walk from beautiful Perkins Cove (stores, restaurants, fishing boats) and the famous Marginal Way, a scenic one-mile footpath along the water that leads to town and the beaches.

Linens and towels are included.

Gas grills and coin laundry are on the premises. Golf and theaters nearby. Air-conditioned. Cable TV. Wi-fi. (This is a no-smoking unit. No pets. Second floor of the Hillcrest Resort, Main Building.)

Parking for two cars.

Private ocean-view deck has chairs and table for four.

Free use of pool at a nearby resort.

Trolley runs throughout Ogunquit and can be boarded in Perkins Cove.

Booking full weeks only for 2012. Check in on Saturday 3 p.m. and check out the following Saturday by 11 a.m.

2012 RATES:

MAY 12 through JUNE 15: $875 per week.

JUNE 16 through SEPT 7: $1250 per week.

SEPT 8 through OCT 5: $875 per week.

OFF-SEASON RATE: $800 per week.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE 7% MAINE TAX. Rates do include: linens and towels, and cleaning at the end of your stay.
