Vacation Rental Description

Charming apartment-style one-bedroom condo (sleeps four) in Victorian- 
era inn; ocean view with private deck. Now renting for 2008-09. Three  
rooms plus bath: Bedroom has a queen bed and cozy deck with a direct  
view of the ocean; Full kitchen; Living room has a pull-down Murphy  
bed that sleeps two. We are a two-minute walk from beautiful Perkins  
Cove (stores, restaurants, fishing boats) and the famous Marginal  
Way, a scenic one-mile footpath along the water that leads to town  
and the beaches. 
 
Indoor pool, gas grills, and coin laundry on premises. Golf and  
theaters nearby. Air-conditioned. Cable TV. (This is a no-smoking  
unit. No pets. Second floor walk-up of the Hillcrest Resort, Main  
Building.)

Vacation Rental Amenities

two TVs and VCRs; air-conditioning; stove, dishwasher, refrigerator;  
microwave; coffee maker; toaster; eat-in kitchen (seats four).  
Parking for two cars. 
 
Private deck has chaise lounge, chairs, and table for four.

Nearby: Perkins Cove; Ogunquit Playhouse; Cape Neddick Golf Club; The  
Marginal Way; deep-sea fishing and whale watching; wonderful beaches;  
many great seafood restaurants and other dining options; nightlife. 
Trolley runs throughout Ogunquit and can be boarded in Perkins Cove.

Vacation Rental Rates

SPRING (May to mid-June) $800 per week. 
SUMMER (mid-June to mid-September) $1150 per week or $4000 for the  
entire month of August.(July 2008 is already sold out.) 
FALL (mid-September through October) $800 per week or $3000 for  
the entire month of September 2009. 
 
OFF-SEASON SPECIAL: We rent year-round at reduced off-season rates ($80 a night November through  
April). Three-night minimum.
