Located on 665 feet of beach, Holiday Isle is a 7 story luxury
condominium community which opened in July 2007 and offers
unparallel amenities on the island including: separate heated indoor
and outdoor pools, state-of-the-art fitness facility, sauna, stream
rooms, hot tub, tennis court and access to a clubroom on the second
floor with community kitchen, entertainment area and breathtaking
views.
From the pool area, take the private boardwalk a few steps across
the dunes to the white sand beach. Expansive windows in the elevator
lobbies even offer panoramic views of Mobile Bay to the north. All
furniture and furnishings in this unit are new and clean and fresh

waters from your large private balcony or choose to watch the waters

The balcony offers a stunning view and is oversized with two seating
areas: a dining table with seating for 4 plus a conversational area
with 2 comfortable chairs and a wicker loveseat & a glass table to

The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable twin over a double bunk bed plus a
daybed/twin bed with trundle bed, dresser and nightstand with TV.
Playstation with games are located in this room, additional family
board games are provided as well. The 2nd bathroom has a double
vanity with granite counter tops, tile floors and combination
tub/shower.
The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, tile floors,
maple cabinets and stainless steel appliance includes an island and
breakfast bar with stools. Comfortable dining area provides
everything needed for a quick snack or full dinner with family and
friends, but most choose to eat outside on the expansive balcony.
The family room features a big TV with remote, a sleeper sofa to
sleep 2, beautiful artwork and furniture. Walk in pantry houses a
full size washer and dryer and large wash sink. Beach toys and play
toys are provided. Two large outdoor grills are available poolside.

fishing. Visit our Sea Lab, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, charter a
fresh or saltwater fishing trip, or take a ferry ride across Mobile
Bay to Gulf Shores for shopping at the outlets in Foley. The whole
island is a bird sanctuary, and especially during the spring and
fall you can see many different birds on their migratory trips. You
can ride bikes on the bike trails which cover most of the island via
s a 7-mile long Bike Trail that passes directly in front of the
resort.
