Square Footage:  Our condo is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo right on the beach on Florida’s famed Treasure Coast.  With approximately 1690 sqare feet of living space (and approximately 1,895sq ft. including decks), few condos on the island in our price range have more square footage. 

# of Bedrooms:  Our condo has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms rather than the more common 2 bedroom/2 bath floor plans.  The master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet.  The master bathroom has an oversided shower/tub and a separate "powder room" with double sinks.  Floor to ceiling windows afford wonderful water views and beautiful morning sun, and sliding doors allow warm ocean breezes and gentle surf sounds into your room. Your second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and more fantastic views of the ocean. Your third bedroom/den has a queen-sized sleeper, allowing for flexibility as a separate location for watching TV, reading, socializing or sleeping.  

Quality of View:  Our condo is right on the beach!  There are NO buildings, roads, etc. between Islandia and the ocean.  The entire ocean facing wall of our condo is floor to ceiling glass with sliding doors, allowing unobstructed views of the ocean and access to the deck from the master bedroom, living room and second bedroom.  Furthermore, the location of our condo in Islandia is the closest unit to the water!

Hidden Fees:  Our rates are all inclusive..we won't nickel and dime you by charging you extra for cleaning, parking, or anything else others come up with to increase your overall cost.  Our monthly rates are reasonable for what the condo has to offer.  In fact, check out our great deal we're offering right now! The only added cost is for state tax (which is the same for all rentals-we can't get out of that one!) and security deposit.

Our condo has all the comforts of home in a beautiful tropical setting. A fully applianced kitchen with service for eight has everything you need to create a romantic dinner for two or to feed your entire family. Central air conditioning/ heating ensures your comfort on the warmest of days or coolest of evenings. You can enjoy absolutely breathtaking ocean views from your 225 square foot wraparound deck and almost every room. Watch and listen to the surf while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy your evening beverage.  Relax on the beach with sand chairs and a beach umbrella. A washer and dryer take care of your clothes while an automatic car rinse takes care of your vehicle.

Islandia is a manned, security gated and security code only entry way access condominium.  The resort offers many amenities such as two pools (one heated), a hot tub, tennis courts, a luxurious community room/ballroom with grand piano, exercise room, billiards room and private parking for cars, boat trailers up to 30 feet and RVs. And best of all, Islandia is on the BEACH!!

Hop over the causeway and you can enjoy the vibrant life of Jensen
Beach, Stuart and many other towns. Restaurants, pubs, museums,
shops, arts and crafts shows, theaters and street festivals are just
a few of the attractions offered in this small-town atmosphere.
Islandia is an incredible place to enjoy a golf vacation. There are
no less than 20 championship style courses, many designed by Fazio,
Nicklaus and Gary Player, within a 40-minute drive. All of these
courses are open to the public. Prices range from $15 to $35 for 18
holes with a cart during the off-season and are about double in-
season. Many offer play-all-day or “daily fee” golf on certain days
of the week or times of the year.

Take me out to the ballgame! Islandia is within a half hour drive
of some fantastic Grapefruit League baseball. Vero Beach is the
home of the L.A. Dodgers spring training camp and the N.Y. Mets play
in St. Lucie West. After spring training ends in early April, the
minor league affiliates of both teams play a full season of Class A
Florida League baseball. Most of these games are at night and are
very inexpensive. You can find discount coupons for many of the
games in local newspapers and convenience stores. It’s a wonderful
way for you to spend an exciting evening watching America’s pastime.
