Vacation Rental Description
Two story apartment attached to owners home. Private walkway
Entrance opening onto a heated pool, overlooking the
Intracoastal waterway.
Restrictions:
No Smoking in the apartment
No children
No pets
First floor includes a fully tiled kitchen, eating area, living
area,
and bathroom with a huge storage closet. The kitchen includes
a four burner stove and oven, refrigerator, toaster oven,
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses,
utensils, pots, pans, and storage area for groceries.
The eating area has a table and chairs for five and a small
serving table with additional chairs. .
The living area includes leather queen size Lazy boy pull out
couch, two leather chairs, a decorative chair,
tiled floor with an area rug. Cable TV and a VCR. and a private
line telephone that allows renters to call anywhere in the US and
Canada for no extra charge.There is a great view of the
intracoastal through French doors over looking the pool.
The bath has a large glassed shower, pedestal sink and
handicapped toilet. There is a large linen closet filled with
sheets, towels for the beach or patio as well as bath towels. The
storage closet contains beach chairs, umbrella, vacuum, mop,
broom, iron, ironing board with lots of room for storage of
luggage, etc. Carpeted stairs lead to the second floor.
Second Floor includes extra large bedroom, closet, sun deck
and bath.
The newly decorated bedroom has a king size bed, end table,
with matching dresser and highboy including sheets and
blankets. It has a white leather couch with end table, toss
pillows, wall to wall carpet, telephone extension with answering
machine, Cable TV, sliding doors open up to a deck overlooking
the pool and the intracoastal.
Large closet, well stocked with hangers.
Tiled bath has shower, toilet and sink with under storage,
stocked with more towels,soap,shampoo etc.
Each floor has air conditioners that can be regulated by the
tenant for personal comfort. Area heaters are in the storage area
for those occasional chilly nights.

The pool area includes a barbecue, chaise, two cushioned
chairs with end table, circular table with five chairs. The pool is
surrounded with pavers and landscaping. Pool area has night
light that comes on automatically for night illumination. Area is
secluded by hedge and foliage for privacy.
Activities and Attractions
We are located 1½ blocks from the beach, walking distance to
restaurants, near supermarkets, movies, fishing boats, scuba
diving,wave runner rentals, and public library.

November ,December $700 weekly $2,200 monthly
January – March $800 weekly $3,000 monthly
April -$600 weekly $2,000 for the month
Rates apply to two occupants - $50 weekly, $200 monthly for
additional residents
50% security with reservation
