from the stone fireplace to the wood ceilings and stained base board
wood. Wood floors in the
Kitchen! Lots of wood to make you feel like your in the Woods! We

$250.00 per night ( 3 nights is min) . $1650.00 for the week.
No hidden fees, Like booking or extra person or any other fees just a flat nighly rate or weekly, Monthly etc..
 



Rates are the same for 1-10 People. Same rate for 1 person as it is
for 10. We do not charge extra
for more people.

**50% Deposit ** to hold your reservation.  Cleaning fee is $150.00 
Pets must be preapproved call for authorization.  Pet deposit  non-refundable fee of $100.00 if your pets are preapproved.

You may pay us via pay pal or Money order or Credit Card.

Security Deposit required.
Current driver licenses and or Visa, Master Card or 
Discover Card will be required upon arrival. If you do not have a
credit card for deposit, please let us known in advance, so we can make other arrangements or you reservation will not be held.


No SMOKING is allowed in the home. You may smoke outside on the deck
and enjoy the view.

**Refunds** Cancelations need to be made 14 days in advance for FULL
REFUND.

If you cancel less than 14 days payment is non-refunable however we will work to find you another time to stay.Why no cash refund will be issued we will apply your deposit as a credit towards your next trip, this will be based on availability at the time you cancel. If the requested dates can not be met then you deposit will be retained and deposit will become non-refunable at that time.
