Vacation Rental Description

 Exit 333 on I-17. Kachina Village has hiking trails and ATV trails. You can just ride your ATV out.  
A great community of Big Pondersoa Pines and cabins. Home has over 2500 Square feet of living. A  
Large garage to store your toys.  It also has plenty of sleeping area please call us for more  
details. 
 
   NO TRAIN Noises. Just a little over One hour to the GRAND CANYON.  
There is so much to do! 30 minutes or less Snow Bowl( Ski area).  SHOP IN SEDONA  or enjoy the Creek  
Only 27 Miles from our home. Don't forget about Sedona's slide Rock. Only 30 minutes away is  
Williams with the Grand Canyon Rail Road.  Enjoy Movies at Harkins, go shopping in our historcal  
down town area just minutes away. Don't want to leave Kachina? Go for hike or play basket ball up  
the street at our community courts. Lay back watch TV and enjoy the view !!  
 
Home features, Air conditioning and Gas heat pump. Large decks off Main floor. Living area with  
views of the Bull elk that love to play or the meadow that's filled with other wildlife. 2 MASTER  
BEDROOMS! Both have great views!!  Upstair has a stone face, gas, log fireplace. Wood ceilings and  
floor in the kitchen and a huge pantry. Upstairs master bedroom also has its own private deck. This  
home is over 2500 Sq feet and built in 2004. It looks like new. Brand new carpet and was just  
painted. Beautiful Ceramic tile in the bathrooms and just a breath taking view. You will never want  
to leave the woods. You have on the features of home: Dishwasher, Gas stove, Microwave, all Maytag  
appliances.  Washer and Dryer are Kenmore. House features a pano view   this almost 1/2 acre  
hillside home. It has plenty of parking. Circle drive with huge garage 10ft high door and 12ft high  
ceilings for your big toys or trucks.  This home also has an alarm system. Home is a short distance  
from town. A Short distance to Lake Mary . And 6 miles closer to Phoenix since it is off I-17.  The  
home has lots of room, it features a big open Room with Pano- views !! This is our favorite room  
from the stone fireplace to the wood ceilings and stained base board wood. Wood floors in the  
Kitchen! Lots of wood to make you feel like your in the Woods! We hope you enjoy your stay in this  
beautiful area of Flagstaff.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly Rate is $200.00 Per night.   
  
Weekly rate for  September and October 2008  $1250.00  
 
Please call for Holiday rates Labor day, Christmas, Thanksgiving. 
 
 Rates are the same for 1-10 People. Same rate for 1 person as it is for 10. We do not charge extra 
for more people.  
 
 **50% Deposit ** to hold your reservation. Pet deposit $100 non-refundable , Cleaning deposit 
of $150.00 required. Refundable if home is left in the same condition as when you arrive.  
Pets must be preapproved call for authorization.  
You may pay us via pay pal or Money order.  
 
Security Deposit required.  
Current driver licenses and or Visa, Master Card or  
American express will be required upon arrival. If you do not have a credit card for deposit, please  
let us known in advance, so we can make other arrangements or you reservation will not be held.  
 
 
No SMOKING is allowed in the home. You may smoke outside on the deck and enjoy the view.   
 
Reservation can be made Anytime if Available: (See Calendar of Call.) 
 
**Refunds** Cancelations need to be made 14 days in advance for FULL REFUND.   
 
 
If you notify me of your cancellation at least 7 DAYS prior to your stay, you will receive a **credit 
toward future stays**. I will issue you a cancellation number for credit.   
 
 If cancellation is less than 7 days we will not be able to refund your deposit.  Call me for any  
questions you may have on rates or availability.
