This quiet family retreat at Sea Dunes is just a few miles west of 
the hustle and bustle of one of the south's most unique villages, the 
cities of Destin and SanDestin. From charter boat fishing , scuba 
diving  and lazy days sailing on the bay to world class shopping and 
fine dining you will have the opportunity to do whatever pleases your 
group.Or just sunbathing on your private beach in our classic beach 
chairs with umbrella service sipping your favorite summer drink 
enjoying your day. Its all there while you vacation in our spacious 
and beautiful designer furnished, Platinum rated penthouse.

You will arrive at your beautiful sixth floor home from the covered 
parking with easy elevator access in the small 24 unit private 
complex. You will love our nine foot ceilings throughout with floor 
to ceiling glass doors  featuring wonderful Gulf front views from 
the  master bedroom,living room, dining area and kitchen. Gather your 
family and friends around the granite kitchen bar as you prepare you 
favorite meals in our gourmet supplied kitchen.

We feature flat screen TV/DVDs in all rooms along with a great 
surround sound stereo system and a collection of your favorite CDs 
and DVDs. If you need to stay in touch with the "outside" world you 
can do it from the luxurious balcony with our wireless internet at 
your own convenience.....you'll be the envy of all your friends back 
home.

Our master and guest bedrooms feature king size beds with luxury 600 
count bedding and custome spreads. Perfect sleeping accomodations for 
couples vacationing together! Enjoy your private bathroom with 
granite counters and custom cabinetry. The bunk room is a true 
bedroom and not just a small nook in a hallway and for the kids they 
will also enjoy their privacy with TV and DVD player. For that extra 
drop in guest or friend we offer a queen size fold out couch in the 
living room for casual sleeping.

Our home is exquisitely furnished with fine accessories and our 
personal touch from full stocked and fun barware to beach towels for 
your family. And we provide complimentary beach service with free set-
ups of chairs and umbrellas daily!

Although we love pets ( our pug Denny and yellow lab Roxy) we can not 
allow pets in this home.And for everyone's health and enjoyment 
smoking is permitted only on the balcony and outside areas.

Leisha and I are locals who have lived in this beautiful resort area 
for our entire lives and in our beach home you will find our Locals 
Guide for your private use. This "locals only" notebook will tell you 
where to find the best and finest dining,entertainment,beach front 
bars and the best buys in local shopping. And if you have access to a 
boat or your bringing your own we have over 30 years of experience in 
our local waters and will show our beautiful secluded beaches only 
the locals share in. For your boating needs our home is located 3 
minutes from the Brooks Bridge Dry Storage , fuel and boat ramp.

* $300 security deposit 
* 50% of base rental fee  required upon booking
* 50% of remaining rental fee,plus full taxes and security deposit 
due 30 days in advance ( security depositis refundable)
* Saturday to saturday preferred,other days available
*Cleaning fee of $85 added to rental amount
*10% Florida tax added to rental amount
*Credit cards accepted but will incur additional 2.9% processing fee. 
Payment by check is preferred, no fees!
