Relax in the mountains in this incredible 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath 
vacation cabin with loft. Imagine sitting on the porch and listening 
to the mountain stream running right off the porch. It's simply the 
most relaxing experience you could ever imagine. Located in the 
beautiful and scenic Maggie Valley / Waynesville Smoky Mountains 
area in North Carolina. Offering vacation relaxation and fun for 
everyone in our beautiful home with year round access and all the 
comforts of home. Enjoy the beautifully wooded and serene setting as 
well as peaceful sounds of a water fall and the running mountain 
stream as it flows right off the front porch. Take beautiful walks / 
hikes through the peaceful mountains and trails and enjoy nature at 
its best. Year round easy access via paved road (even during heavy 
snow storms).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen including stove, refrigerator, 
microwave, cookware, utensils, dishes, toaster oven, coffee maker, 
etc..

No matter what time of the year you are visiting, simply turn on the 
central Heat or A/C and make it as comfortable as you like.

Beautiful interior décor exhibiting old fashioned cabin look 
throughout the house. Plenty of heating to include a wood burning 
fireplace. Master bedroom has a queen bed w/ large private bathroom 
with Jacuzzi tub, guest bedroom has 1 king bed and a queen sleeper 
sofa, loft has a trundle bed that converts into 2 twins or 1 king 
bed. Cable television in every room, including the loft. Each room 
has either a DVD or VCR for your convenience. 

All you will need to bring: Clothing, Food, Paper Products.

Activities and Attractions

If snow skiing is on your agenda, Cataloochee Ski Resort is less 
than 5 miles away (Shuttle bus available at Ghost Town parking area).

Area attractions include: Soco Gardens, Lake Junaluska, Cataloochee 
Ski Slopes (1,000 acre ranch and ski resort), Carolina Nights 
(dinner theater), Thunder Ridge (live bands and dancing), Stompin' 
Ground (clog dancing), Mini Apolis Grand Prix (rides for children), 
fishing stream and trout ponds, championship golf and miniature 
golf, hiking, horseback riding, arts & crafts and specialty shops, 
snow skiing, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, 2 National Forests, 
Nantahala & Pisgah, Cherokee Indian Reservation & Casino, Blue Ridge 
Parkway, Appalachian Trail, Biltmore Estate (house/gardens/winery), 
Great Smoky Mountains Scenic Railway, gem mining, waterfalls, white 
water rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and 
Dollywood are only but a beautiful and scenic 45 minute drive into 
Tennessee. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular yearly Rate: $750/week
Nightly Rate: $110/night (5 night minimum)
$200 security deposit (refunded)
$75 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy
30+ days notice = 100% refund
15+ days notice = 50% refund rent
15+ days notice = no deposit refund
Less than 15 days  = no refund
