Seagull Villas is a 2 story complex (Nobody is above you or beneath
you.) of 10 condominiums located directly on the beach on the west
end of Panama City Beach. For those of you who are familiar with
Panama City Beach, we are located 1 mile west of the "Y" and two
miles west of Pier Park.
We are on the west end of Panama City Beach, which never has any
traffic and is very quiet.
The condo will sleep 7 adults very comfortably, and up to 8 or 9
depending on the ages of the children.
Eight steps and you are in the sand!!!

Four day minimum rental (weekly minimum during summer)

All rentals subject to $ 75 cleaning fee plus 11.5% tax.

There is a security deposit of $ 200 with all rentals.
