Seagull Villas is a 2 story complex (Nobody is above you or beneath
you.) of 10 condominiums located directly on the beach on the west
end of Panama City Beach. For those of you who are familiar with
Panama City Beach, we are located 1 mile west of the "Y" and two
miles west of Pier Park.
We are on the west end of Panama City Beach, which never has any
traffic and is very quiet.
The condo will sleep 7 adults very comfortably, and up to 8 or 9
depending on the ages of the children.
8 steps and you are in the sand!!!

Seagull Villas Unit #2 has the following amenities:

- 2 bedrooms - Master with king sized bed and guest bedroom with a
full sized and twin bed
- 2.5 bathrooms
- Tile floors throughout the 1st floor
- Living area with couch (Queen sized sleeper sofa) and love seat
(mirrored wall)
- Dining area with full sized glass table and 8 chairs
- Cable TV in living room and master bedroom (VCR in living room
only)
- Stereo in living room
- Kitchen with full-sized refrigerator and freezer (top and bottom)
Microwave toaster, conventional oven Electric stove, blender,
cups, glasses, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils all
included.

- Balcony off master bedroom facing Gulf of Mexico
- Linens and bathroom towels included (Beach towels are not
provided .)
- High speed DSL line at no additonal charge

Monthly rentals available from November 1, 2009 thru February 28,
2010 at 1200/month
Special rates apply for Spring Break
Four day minimum rental (weekly minimum during summer)
All rentals subject to $ 75 cleaning fee plus 12% tax.
