Seagull Villas is a 2 story complex (Nobody is above you or beneath
you.) of 10 condominiums located directly on the beach on the west
end of Panama City Beach. For those of you who are familiar with
Panama City Beach, we are located 1 mile west of the "Y" and about 6
miles west of The Miracle Strip Amusement Park . The condo will
sleep 7 adults very comfortably, and up to 8 or 9 depending on the
ages of the children.

8 steps and you are in the sand!!!

Seagull Villas Unit #2 has the following amenities:

- 2 bedrooms - Master with king sized bed and guest bedroom with a
full sized and twin bed
- 2.5 bathrooms
- Tile floors throughout the 1st floor
- Living area with couch (Queen sized sleeper sofa) and love seat
(mirrored wall)
- Dining area with full sized glass table and 8 chairs
- Cable TV in living room and master bedroom (VCR in living room
only)
- Stereo in living room
- Kitchen with full-sized refrigerator and freezer (top and bottom)
Microwave toaster, conventional oven Electric stove, blender,
cups, glasses, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils all
included.
- Washer/Dryer
- Balcony off master bedroom facing Gulf of Mexico
- Linens and bathroom towels included (Beach towels are not
provided .)
- High speed DSL line at no additonal charge
- Ceiling fans in all rooms
- Table and four (4) chairs on the lower balcony
- Four (4) chaise lounge chairs and four (4) beach chairs provided
for beach use only
- Charcoal grille
- 8 measily little steps and you are in the sand!!!

March 1, 2008 until May 18, 2008 $ 185/day;$ 1100/week
May 18, 2008 until August 16, 2008 $ 1,400/week (Sat. to Sat.)
August 17, 2008 until August 28, 2008 $ 185/day; $ 1100/week
August 29, 2008 thru September 3, 2008 $ 1000(5 nights)
September 4, 2008 thru October 31, 2008 $ 185/day; $ 1100/week
Monthly rentals available from November 1, 2008 thru February 28,
2009 at 1200/month
Special rates apply for Spring Break
Four day minimum rental (weekly minimum during summer)
All rentals subject to $ 75 cleaning fee plus 10% tax.
