Vacation Rental Description

Short walk to the beach (about 300 yards), great pools and tennis! 
 
This beautifully decorated, fully equipped 2BR/2BA villa is light  
and bright with comfortable wicker furnishings and new berber  
carpet. The resort features Olympic-size oceanfront pool, kiddie  
pool, children's playground, ten lighted tennis courts (with  
resident tennis pro), oceanside bar, lounge, bike rentals, laundry  
facilities, and deli/general store.  
 
Supervised childrens activities offered in season. Great restaurants  
and shopping nearby. The resort is located on Folly Beach, one of  
the widest and most beautiful beaches on the Island! This resort is  
both a great family vacation or a romantic adventure!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Spacious rooms, upgraded kitchen with quality appliances and  
separate wet bar area in the DR. New queen bed with plush mattress,  
2 twins, 2 sofas (1 sleeper), 2 cable TVs each with VCR to keep  
everyone happy, stereo/CD player, 2 phones, and custom window  
treatments. Nice cookware and upgraded linens/towels are provided.  
 
Beach chairs and umbrella provided for villa guests; plus beach toys  
and games for the kids. Quiet 3rd floor end unit, with private  
balcony overlooking big pine trees in the afternoon shade; a great  
place to read and have peace and quiet after a hectic day.  
 
No pets permitted in the complex, and no smoking, except on the  
balcony.

Activities and Attractions

Tennis, golf, bike rentals on site with easy access to extensive  
island bike paths, swimming, boating, picnic and playground areas.  
Largest ocean front pool on Hilton Head Island! A gorgeous, wide,  
fine sandy beach with warm Gulf Stream waters. Marina is within 1  
mile to access many other island activities.  
 
This villa is a great family or couples vacation site for beach,  
golf, tennis, shopping, or nature activities, reasonably priced with  
quality amenities.
