Huge Oceanfront home in the exclusive Kona Bay Estates neighborhood
located in downtown Kona. 30 ft. + Pool with ocean views, yard with
lounge chairs, access to local beaches and parks.

Master has King bed, 2nd & 3rd beds have queens, 4th bedroom has 2
twins. Huge master bath has jacuzzi and two person shower.
Kitchen is bigger than most restaurants' and there is both a formal
dining area and breakfast area.

Exclusive Kona Bay Estates neighborhood has manned guard shack at
gate, Fortune 500 neighbors, and convenient access to downtown and Old
Airport Park – playground, jogging paths, beach, basketball gym,
Olympic pool.

We supply plenty of extras- wireless internet, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer with laundry soap, ice chests and your own gas BBQ grill. Kitchen supplies like aluminum foil, storage bags, filters, and dish soap.  Small appliances like blender, coffee maker & bean grinder, etc.

Baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request.  Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids.

Entire home sleeps 2-8. $575 to $750 / night – rates vary based on season, number of guests, and length of stay. Please add cleaning fee and Hawaii State tax. Special rates apply for Ironman and Christmas.

We really had a trip of a lifetime

I wanted to say THANK YOU so very much for all that you did to make the home extra special for our stay. The home is beautiful and we were very happy and comfortable there. Thank you for bringing our daughter that special snorkel board. She had a ball with it and did actually get to see some fish at the snorkel beach. The house was well kept and we were very pleased with everything. We wish we would have booked our trip to stay longer. All of the extra touches didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. We did not want to ever leave

To anyone that is looking to rent and feel like you wish a vacation of your life, just rent this remarkable home. Home was very family friendly

We had a great time. We liked the beach just towards Kona accessible through the development where the home is located. Location was fine for us and we liked the security.
