1 Queen and 2 Singles, Loft - Daybed w/Trundle. Full-size air
mattress also available.
All of the furniture is modern and comfortable. Dining table seats 6
and kitchen island seats 4.

ALSO AVAILABLE are two ECONOMY side-by-side bungalows (2 bedrooms, 1
bath each side) located 1/2 block from the beach (no pool). If our
townhouse is booked for the dates you want to book, we have bungalows
available for just $650/per week per side (each side sleeps 4).

This property is located just one half block from the beach, minutes
from dining, shopping, golf, tennis, world famous Cocoa Beach, Port
Canaveral fishing, gambling boats, cruise lines. 45 minutes or less

horseback riding, Enchanted Forest, Wildlife Refuges, airboat rides,
freshwater fishing.

Rates do not include 11% tax or $150 cleaning fee.

$500 Deposit required to reserve units. Serves as security deposit
during your stay; refunded after departure cleaning completed.

Strictly Non-Smoking Rentals and Small Pets Are Allowed.

Full payment for rental period due upon/prior to arrival.  Checks
must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Weeks with holidays/special events booked at high season rates.
