1 Queen and 2 Singles, Loft - Daybed w/Trundle. Full-size air mattress also available.
All of the furniture is modern and comfortable. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen island seats 4.
ALSO AVAILABLE are two ECONOMY side-by-side bungalows (2 bedrooms, 1 bath each side) located 1/2
block from the beach (no pool). If our townhouse is booked for the dates you want to book, we have
bungalows available for just $550/per week per side (each side sleeps 4). Email us a request for
pictures and availability.
This property is located just one half block from the beach, minutes
from dining, shopping, golf, tennis, world famous Cocoa Beach, Port
Canaveral fishing, gambling boats, cruise lines. 45 minutes or less
from Disney World, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Bush Gardens,
Brevard Zoo, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Water Parks,
horseback riding, Enchanted Forest, Wildlife Refuges, airboat rides,
freshwater fishing.

arrival.
Weeks with holidays/special events booked at high season rates.
