Vacation Rental Description

Keyora... a jewel in the crown of Summerland Cove Isle. Located in a 
quiet, serene neighborhood. You are spoiled for view - openwater, 
canal, ocean view.

This executive 3 level home features the best of the best. 
Completely refurnished - it is fresh, clean, secure and very 
comfortable. 

On level one: kitchen/lounge... you step into an open plan area that 
includes a fully equiped modern kitchen to the fore. With breakfast 
bar or perhaps it's breakfast on the balcony as you anticipate the 
events of the new day. Excellent unobstructed flow between 
kitchen/dinning and lounge. An excellent area for entertaining.
(Deck area at this level is 31'x6')

3 bedrooms have access to balcony area
 
1. Master Bedroom (19'x13') with King bed on level one giving you 
breathtaking views to the open sea. Bathroom is ensuite, which includes a whirlpool tub for 2.    

2. Bedroom (10'x13') on same level and on same side of house has 2 
twin beds. 2nd toilet/shower facility immediately adjacent.

3. Bedroom (13'x10') level 2. Queen bed. Access thru double 
ranchsliders to deck area.

4. Bedroom (17'x11') King bed. Access to deck area. Deck area on 
this level is 31'x11'. Bathroom is shared. Both bedrooms have 
independant access to same bathroom

At ground level there is a large studio/bedroom with toilet only. 
Small kitchenette. One double futon and day bed. Three sets of 
sliding ranch doors lead out to a patio area/pool/jetty. This area 
is unairconditioned space but has 2 large ceiling fans to create a 
maximum breeze. 

Perhaps a quick dip in the pool after grabbing that lobster dockside 
and later... a grill and pino coladas.

BBQ/Grill is also at this level. 

Laundry is located on level one.

Nearly 100 feet of Deep Water Dockage with excellent facility to 
turn around. Only seconds to the open sea. At this point this wooden 
decked docking area also has Davit Pads and a three phase power 
facility. 

Garaging is secure for 1 vehicle with additional covered area for 2 
vehicles. In addition there is guest parking for 4 other vehicles.

This property is FULLY furnished and has all the amenities one would 
expect to find in a modern home. This also includes linen, air 
conditioning, BBQ Grill, cable TV, high speed internet access, 
heated pool and jacuzzi.

 

Activities and Attractions

Located between mile marker 24 and 25 we are 25 minutes north of Key 
West. 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park. 20 minutes from Key 
Reef and Marine Sanctuary. 10 minutes by boat shuttle to Palm 
Island. 

Indeed, you are spoiled for choices ...recreation, 
entertainment, resturants, shopping. You are just seconds away from 
deepwater and fishing.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Email us your holiday plans - we are flexible and want you to have 
an awesome keys experience in our executive holiday home. Prompt 
response to your enquiry assured.

$1000 security deposit is required in order to secure your booking. 
This deposit is totally refundable should you cancel your booking up 
to four weeks prior to the specified date of occupancy.

Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to occupancy and is non 
refundable.

In addition a $200-$250 charge for cleaning, plus applicable taxes. This will be deducted 
from your security deposit and is reflected on the lease agreement.

Remaining security deposit will be directy deposited into your bank 
account or to your credit card after your stay.
