deck area.
4. Bedroom (17'x11') King bed. Access to deck area. Deck area on this level
is 31'x11'. Bathroom is shared. Both bedrooms have independant access to same bathroom
At ground level there is access to a patio, swimming pool and tiki bar/dock located along the canal. This area is not air-conditioned but has two large ceiling fans to create maximum circulation.
Perhaps a quick dip in the pool after grabbing that lobster dockside and
later... a barbeque and pina coladas.
BBQ/Grill is also at this level.
Nearly 100 feet of Deep Water Dockage with excellent facility to turn around.
Only seconds to the open sea. At this point this wooden decked docking area
also has Davit Pads, tiki hut,boat dock and a three phase power facility.
Garaging is secure for 1 vehicle with additional covered area for 2 vehicles.
In addition there is guest parking for 4 other vehicles.

shopping. You are just seconds away from deepwater and fishing. Located between mile marker 24 and 25 we are 25 minutes north of Key West. 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park.

10 minutes by boat shuttle to Palm Island.

 
White sand beaches and sparkling blue water provide a gorgeous backdrop for a perfect vacation destination. The wide, sandy beach on Summerland is adjacent to Lookout Park, with its sweeping ocean and island views. The park also contains picnic tables and ample parking to make your day at the beach easy and fun. At low tide, you can walk for miles encountering nothing but
seabirds and shimmering seashells.

You’ll encounter all sorts of flora and fauna in the Lower Keys, and be sure
to watch out for the adorable Key Deer, only 2-1/2 feet tall. One of the most
popular activities in the Lower Keys is diving. The clear, clean water and
warmth make it perfect for this sport. Nearby Looe Key is known as the most
spectacular living reef in North America and has a diverse population of
corals and colorful, tropical fish. Watch for the Lower Keys Chamber of
Commerce Annual Underwater Music Festival at Looe Key every July.

$1000 security deposit is required in order to secure your booking.
This deposit is totally refundable should you cancel your booking up
to four weeks prior to the specified date of occupancy.

Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to occupancy and is non refundable.
In addition a $250 charge for cleaning, plus applicable taxes (12.5%). This will be deducted from your security deposit and is reflected on the lease agreement.
Remaining security deposit will be directy deposited into your bank account
or to your credit card after your stay.
