Located on the exclusive resort of Emerald Island, this outstanding
villa will sleep 16 and has seven bedrooms, five and a
half bathrooms, and upgraded interior designer furnishings. The
amazing south-facing views can be enjoyed from the extended deck and
covered lanai or from the oversized pool with adjoining heated spa.
This exquisitely-styled and furnished home is equipped with
everything the discerning vacationer should require. From top of the
range upgraded kitchen appliances to 2 King and 1 Queen size beds in
the three master bedrooms. In addition, there are one queen-size
bedroom and a three further twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped
with TVs and DVDs and the main gathering room are equipped with
large 48"+ HDTV Television, DVD/VCR player, and PlayStation 2.
A stay at this villa will guarantee a luxurious home away from home,
an abundance of free local activities within a beautiful setting,
but also enables easy access to the many local Orlando attractions.
Rooms - Home Features
Below is information on the many features and facilities offered in
the Villa.
In Home Facilities Tinkerbelle’s Retreat is equipped with every
appliance and convenience you would need for that perfect stress
free vacation. We provide full laundry facilities with large
capacity washer and dryer units in the laundry room. Hair dryers are
in every main bathroom
and Television sets and Dvds are in every bedroom.Also as well as
the finest furnishings and fabrics to ensure the ultimate in
vacation comfort and luxury.
The kitchen is bristling with the latest kitchen appliances
including a smooth top of the range ice maker fridge with piped cold
water supply There is a dishwasher: electric can opener; large bagel
style toaster; coffee machine and electric kettle and there are alarms
on the patio doors and a pool fence to safeguard small children
venturing out to the pool.

TV, DVD and Video As stated above, the home is equipped with a TV and
DVD in every bedroom. In the gathering room you will find a 48"+ Rear
Projection TV System . This assures you an excellent picture and
high quality sound whether watching a DVD or one of the 35+ cable TV
channels, Wireless internet connection.
Furnishings The most popular observation we get from our guests is
how beautifully furnished the home is. We worked closely with an
interior designer and used high quality furnishings and fabrics
throughout the home. The result is not only very attractive, but
practical and comfortable too. There is plenty of storage space and
the feeling of luxury as well as space can be felt throughout the
home. To add to the flexibility there is a pull out sleeper sofa in
the formal lounge.
Parking The driveway outside Tinkerbelles' has parking for 2
oversize mini vans or up to 4 compact cars. There is additional
parking in the street or alternatively, the club house car park can
be used to park additional vehicles.
The games room includes Air Hockey and a full-size Billiards
table and darts to keep the kids happy
The aptly named Emerald Island Resort is the latest jewel in the
vacation home market. The gated resort-style community features an
excellent range of facilities.
The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, cyber
Internet room, and a video arcade. There is even a Tiki bar outside
on the pool deck, children's playground, a sand volleyball court,
tennis centre, and a nature trail to enjoy.
Security As Emerald Island is a secure gated community you can be
sure that you are located in a very safe and secure resort. 24 hours
gate security checks the incoming and outgoing of every guest and
visitor.
Area Attractions close by include Disney (three and a half miles),
Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Busch Gardens, Cape
Kennedy Space Center (one hour), Gatorland, along with Gulf of
Mexico and Atlantic B hour's drive.

Entertainment Apart from the obvious entertainments that central
Florida has to offer, it is often nice to relax in the home and take
in a movie or enjoy some family fun with a board game or the PS/2.
Tinkerbelle’s Retreat' is equipped with a range of board games and
the PS/2 and home entertainment systems are there to be enjoyed
whenever you wish. Unfortunately, we can not provide DVD's or PS/2
games and recommend that guests bring a selection of their own. In
addition to this, there is a Games room which providing a full size
Pool table; air hockey and darts At Tinkerbelles' you're
unlikely to be short of something to do!
