Sitting 50 feet from a pristine lake, this lovley older cottge was updated in 2007 with a new
bathroom and kitchen while still keeping it's rustic charm of days gone by. There is no T.V. or
VCR. If you like peace and quiet and listening to the loons while reading a book this is the place
for you.

This cottage sits on the eastern shore of Swanlake. A perfect place to sit and watch the sun set.

1 bedroom has a double bed, another smaller bedroom has a double futon and the living room has a
queen futon. Cottage will sleep 4-6 comfortably, 1 bathroom with shower, lake water.

Kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, gas stove, pots & pans. There
is also a gas barbecue grill for outside cooking. The kitchen is also fully furnished with plates,
glasses, utensils and coffemaker.

All linens and towels provided.

Small deck off of cottage.

Ceiling fans in bedroom with double bed, and in living room.

No smoking in cottage.

Pet friendly: One pet allowed with additional refundable $200.00 pet fee.

There are steps with railing going down to the lake and going up to the deck. This cottage is set up
more for adults rather than small children. Unfortunately, there is no sandy beach area for small
children to play. There is a dock to tie up your boat or to fish/sunbath from.

2008: June 29th through August 30th: $750.00/week + (7%) lodging tax
Spring & Fall: $650.00/week + lodging tax (7%)

7 night min, Sat-Sat. Check in after 3:00 pm, check out by 11 am.

A non-refundable deposit of $350.00 is required with remaining balance due upon arrival.
