Brand new gulf front home...best on the beach!! The home is located approximately 50 yards away from the Gulf of Mexico and has unobstructed views of the water. The home is 2-story, and has approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of living space. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a full kitchen, and a large sun deck. Each bedroom features a queen size bed and plasma television. The downstairs living room has a large sectional sofa with a plasma television and surround sound entertainment system. The upstairs living room has a large sofa and loveseat with two plasma televisions and spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove) and Brazilian Granite countertops. The sundeck is approximately 500 sq. ft. and gets direct sunlight all day. Other features in the house include tropical décor throughout, washer/dryer, security system, integrated sound system that can be accessed from any room in the house and sun deck, central vacuum system, tropical landscaping, ample parking space, and gulf views from every room in the house!
