The home is on Gulf Drive, directly across from the beach. Address is 100 7th Street South. It has 1,550 sq. ft. of interior space with 3 bedrooms (king, queen, twins) with plasma TVs, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a full kitchen plus a large sun deck facing the Gulf where you can dine while watching the sun set. The downstairs living room has a large sectional sofa with a plasma TV and surround sound entertainment system. The upstairs living room has a large sofa and loveseat with two plasma TVs and spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove) and Brazilian Granite countertops. Other features in the house include tropical décor throughout, washer/dryer, WIFI, integrated sound system that can be accessed from any room in the house central vacuum system, and tropical landscaping.
