Vacation Rental Description

This is Nantucket getaway.  About one mile walk to town and to surfside beach.  The shuttle is 
located across the street for many island destinations.  The bike path to located at the end of 
Bartlett road which makes the most enjoyable ride to surfside beach.  The two bedrooms with twin 
beds in one bedroom and queen in the other.  Newly carpets, freshly painted, bosch washer and dryer 
along with a fully applianced white kitchen with full dishwasher and refrigerator.  Living room with 
hardwood floors has a t.v. The white bathroom has a shower and tub.  Oversized deck is ideal for 
enjoying the yard for cookouts.  Fully applianced with linens and towels. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full deck with four beach chairs great for cookouts.  DVD TV, bosh washer and dryer inside the home.

Activities and Attractions

Great location to do so many things without needing a car.  Surfside beach is less than a mile 
walk.  The bike path is at the end of Bartlett Road (minutes walking).  Walk to town is less than a 
mile.  There is a shuttle bus across the street for many island destinations.  Bike rentals are 
available nearby in town for use on many scenic bike paths.  Wine and cheese store is 5 minutes walk 
on surfside road along with a pizza place, ice cream and breakfast place.  Enjoy Bartlett Farms ine 
tasting, food and gardens.  Up the street off Bartlett Farms great golfing and great choice of 
beaches. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rental rate is $1600.000 per week from June through August.  April and May is $1400 a week 
and off season after Labor Day week is $1400. a week.  Winter rates from October through March is 
$1500.00 a month. With a $500.00 refundable security deposit to hold your reservation.  There is 
also an additional $100.00 cleaning fee.  The rent is due in full one month in advance of the rental 
date.
