Ocean Aves.  

One block to the beach and a few short blocks to the Boardwalk.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, sleeps 4

Heated pool with kiddie pool

Ocean View large roof top deck

Kitchen comes with a two burner stove top, microwave, 
coffee maker, and full size refrigerator.  Plenty of dishes also.
All new bedding/pillows/shower curtain/throw rugs/dishes/etc.


There is cable TV with  DVD/VHS.

Unit has heat for year round use.

Off Street parking for 1 car.

Coin Operated Washer and dryer across from the unit.

Outside shower

Queen size bed in bedroom and queen size sofa bed in livingroom.

Very bright unit with plenty of windows.

Central air also

Non-smoking

No Pets

Very clean and comfortable.

away. 
The boardwalk is only a few short blocks.  No need to move the car 
and worry about paying for parking.
The restaurants and night clubs are only a 5 minute walk.
Atlantic City is a 30 minute drive and Cape May is only 15 minutes 
by car.

This prime location is near everything!

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring weekly rates: $500.00/Wk April 1  - MAY 19, 2007

June weekly rates:  $750.00/Wk 1ST TWO WEEKS
June last two weeks $800.00/wk
July and August weekly Rates:  $900.00/Wk
September weekly rentals:  $750.00/Wk


October weekly rates:  $550.00/Wk  
November & December weekly rates:  $500.00/Wk 

Cleaning fee of $50.00 if do not want to clean and leave condo in condition prior to rental.


A Security Deposit will be collected with each rental.
