This is a beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bath home in a quiet gated
community. It has a large front porch, a huge back deck overlooking
Lake Catherine. I've seen as many as 14 deer walk under the deck as
you are above watching. The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs with 4 twin
beds & a bath. On the main level is the master bedroom, bathroom,
kitchen, fireplace, & a huge living area that opens out to the deck
with a Bar-B-Que grill. Then down the spiral staircase again to the
huge lower bedroom with 2 queen beds & a trundle bed & his & her bathroom, a separate dressing room,laundry facilities & storage. The home is fully furnished. SEE PICTURES. Great for family reunions & get togethers.

It is fully furnished with all needed sheets & blankets, dishes,
paper towels, soaps, TV's in 3 rooms & even a piano. The pool (extra
fee)is located about 1/4 mile away at the community center . The
marina is about 1 mile away. The golf course & club house are
about 1/2 mile away. It has beautiful views & wildlife. The front
porch has rocking chairs & swings. The back porch has tables,
chairs, benches & a gas Bar-B-Que pit. The home is stocked with many
family games, movies, & even a piano. It also has Hymnals for church
groups.

Besides all the activities that Hot Springs National Park has to
offer (Bath Houses, spas, hot pools, sight seeing, an amusement park,
water park, etc...) the home is located in Diamondhead, a gated Golf
Community. Diamondhead has a huge pool (fee required), dining
facilities & a boat ramp. Nearby there is also the passion
play "The Witness" in season. Gavin Gardens in 3 miles west and Lake
Catherine State Park is 2 miles east & has hiking trails, a water
fall, boats & fishing. There are outlet shops, malls, antique shops
and restaurants nearby. The racing season (horses) starts in March.
Otherwise you can just relax on the porch & deck and Bar-B-Que as
you watch the deer go by and occassional fox or turkey.

Generally the rates are $225 per night or $1350 per week. Some holiday weeks are higher. The week of Thanksgiving and Christmas will not be rented for less than 5 days (too much demand). There is a
$125 cleaning fee for this home (3,000 sq. ft. home).
