Vacation Rental Description

This condo has it all - plenty of room for a large family - sleeps 
eight. This is a three bedroom condominium (third bedroom is 
bunkroom) and two full baths. Directly on the ocean with fabulous 
views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Sit back have 
a glass of wine and watch the dolphins and the world go by.

This condominium is located in one of Okaloosa Islands premier 
properties - Water Edge - and has everything that you need to make 
your family vacation relaxing and affordable. Nine foot ceilings 
give this piece of paradise a roomy feel. Upgrades throughout 
including granite countertops and professionally decorated decor 
with privacy for everyone.

Master bedroom boasts king-size bed and private bathroom, and TV. 
Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with balcony access so you can 
take enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sun come up. 
Guest bedroom has Queen Size Sleigh Bed and has its own TV and 
access to full bathroom. Bunk room has two bunkbeds with window and 
access to bathroom off of hallway.

Living room has two roomy sofas, one of which is a pull out queen-
size sleeper for extra space for overnight guests. All linens 
provided including beach towels and beach chairs and beach umbrella 
in the condo for your personal use. Flat screen TV 
with DVD player. Tile flooring throughout. Dining area has plenty of 
seating for 6 with additional bar stool seating at the breakfast bar.

Fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, side-by-side 
refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, full-size oven, 
and washer and dryer in laundry room closet. Ready to fix that 
seafood feast or if you prefer barbeque on the grills provided in 
the picnic area.

Once you have finished that big meal you can walk the beach to the 
famous Okaloosa Island Boardwalk and Pier or work it off in the 
onsite fitness center that is free of charge to guests. We even 
supply beach chairs and beach umbrella in the condo for your use and 
beach towels free of charge. 

Welcome binder is full of coupons to local area restaurants and 
attractions designed to make your vacation more affordable as well 
as enjoyable. We have tried to think of everything. On check in we 
have a welcome basket of coffee, tea, and condiments so you 
do not have to make a mad dash to the grocery. There is also a 
little convenient store a short walk away for the essentials.
