Vacation Rental Description

The Guest Homes at Rock Basin Vineyards offers visitors the best in 
comfortable country living.   
Spacious and luxuriously furnished in modern & antique pieces, the 
Homes are in a quiet wooded  
valley only eight miles from the historic town of Santa Margarita, 20 
minutes from San Luis Obipso  
or 25 minutes to Paso Robles.  
  
The Windmill House has two large bedrooms each with a queen size bed 
and there is a  
double futon sofa in the den/3rd bedroom. A double size roll away is 
available.  The Vista House  
offers a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 
second bedroom.  The master  
baths feature a large soaking tub and walk in stall showers.  The 
roomy kitchens have eating bars  
and all the necessary accessories for cooking.  The round dining 
tables can be opened to seat six  
people.  The rear yards have Weber BBQ's (charcoal provided), patios 
and furniture for comfortable  
outside dining.  The Windmill House has a horseshoe pit in the large 
side yard.  The Vista House has  
a large pit BBQ for cooking for a large group of people.  Both Homes 
are available for weddings,  
corporate retreats, seminars, workshops and gatherings up to 150 
people.     
 
The Guest Homes at Rock Basin Vineyards are conveniently located to 
most Central Coast attractions.   
Avila Beach and Morro Bay, both with a boat/fishing harbor, 
restaurants, piers, shopping and golf  
are only 30 minutes driving time as are most of the wineries of Paso 
Robles, Templeton and Edna  
Valley.  Beautiful Santa Margarita Lake Park, with miles of 
hiking/biking trails, horseback riding,  
fishing and boating, is a short 10 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$200.00/nite for 1-4 guests.  Additional guests $30/guest/night.  2 
nite minimum stay. 
 
$1,200.00/week for 1-4 guests.  Additional guests $70.00/guest/week. 
 
Local taxes on nightly and weekly stays add 10%. 
 
$2,000.00/mo. for 1-4 guests.  Additional guests $100/guest/month. 
 
$200.00 deposit to hold reservation.  Full payment due 21 days prior 
to arrival.  Visa & Master Card  
accepted  
 
Cleaning fee:  Minimum $25.00 per person; based on length of stay. 
 
No Smoking and No Pets allowed.
