The swimming pool is about 100 feet away, and the free-trolley stop on Gulf Drive is a mere 3 min. walk from the villa.

Two other bedrooms and a full bathroom on the top floor are easily accessible by a child/senior-safe solid staircase. An extra bonus room on the ground floor offers secluded privacy and additional living space (a sleeper sofa, TV, computer and writing desks, and a high-speed INTERNET connection).

In addition, there are three relaxing outdoor areas with tables and ample seating: a large front deck (12'x20') that conveniently extends the living space of the main floor, offering palm treetop vistas; it receives sunshine from noon until sunset and is the most pleasant place to enjoy sunbathing, dining, and watching stars at night. A screened lanai on the opposite (east) side adjacent to the kitchen offers morning sun, and is the best place for serving breakfast. And a garden deck with a gas BBQ grill, surrounded by tropical vegetation, offers another relaxing outdoor eating place when you prepare your meals on the grill.
