Vacation Rental Description

complex of NORTH BEACH VILLAGE - NBV, UNIT 235. Just across the  
street from the Gulf beaches (less than 200 yards). On a private  
drive, away from the street, in lush tropical park-like  
setting, with a quiet and friendly  atmosphere, offering privacy and  
tropical charm. Safe for children. The condo swimming pool is less  
than 50 yards away, and the Trolley stop on Gulf Drive is a mere 3  
min. walk from the villa.  
 
The villa’s main floor features open-space living, dining, and  
kitchen areas, together with a master bedroom, a walk-in closet, and  
master bathroom. A large front deck with an electric BBQ grill and  
dining table/chairs for 6+ extends the living space and offers palm  
treetop vistas; it receives  sunshine from noon until sunset. A  
screened lanai on the opposite side (east), adjacent to the kitchen  
area, offers morning sun. Two other bedrooms with sizeable closets  
and a full bathroom on the top floor are easily accessible by a new  
child-safe staircase. An extra bonus room  offers secluded privacy  
and additional living space. It is furnished with a sleeper sofa,  
TV, computer desk and writing desk, and free high speed internet  
access. This room extends onto a garden deck that is surrounded by  
tropical vegetation; it is shaded from the noon on, and offers  
another relaxing outdoor seating or serves as a BBQ place.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday 
Major holidays subject to rate increase
