Top floor unit on the East Side of the building - The east side of the barrier island is the Navarre  
Beach State  
Park - this allows unobstructed views of the beach and the bay for miles! Awesome Views! This 3  
bedroom - 3  
bath unit has the master bedroom on the Gulf front with ceiling height sliding doors onto a balcony  
that  
stretches across the entire bedroom and Gulf front living room, PLUS wraps around to the east side  
for another  
20 feet!  Gulf Front Living room with triple width sliding doors with ocean front balcony also has a  
huge double  
width window that looks eastwardly onto the beach and bay!  The dining room is also open to the  
kitchen and  
living room with another double width window that looks eastwardly- Stunning views!  The Kitchen if  
fully  
equipped - Granite tops - 12ft bat - Stainless appliances! Each bedroom has it's own bath.  The  
Master (King  
size bed) is equipped with double sink vanity, whirlpool tub, glass shower and separate commode  
room!  The  
second bedroom (Queen size bed) has a view window of the beach and another window of the bay!  The  
third  
bedroom is equipped with twin beds.  The unit was completely re-built (even the sheetrock) after  
Hurricane  
Ivan- so it is completely new!  Furnishings are Tommy Bahama styling and top of the line  
manufacturers.  The  
development consist of three high rise buildings (Summerwind Resort).  All three buildings each have  
a gulf front  
pool and whirlpool tub.  The pool areas are connected.  Outdoor BBQ grills are provided poolside.   
High speed  
elevators too!  There is a Smoothie/Coffee Cafe' in the 3rd building.  Beach service is available  
during the  
Spring, Summer and Fall seasons.

Fall -        begins August 9th -       $230/nt. ... $1475/week. 
Late Fall -   begins September 6th -    $165/nt. ... $1100/week. 
Winter -      begins November 1st -     $130/nt. ... $800/week. 
Taxes of 10.5% will be added along with a $100 cleaning/linen change fee.  A small  
processing/administrative  
fee is due at time of reservation.  Minimum age requirement:  25 years old.  There is a 3 day  
minimum stay. No
