This 2 story vacation home is designed for individual comfort, while
providing space and atmosphere for a relaxed gathering of friends
and family. Accommodates up to 6 guests.
Located 3 kms. away from the fishermen village of Chicxulub and 10
from Progreso. 30 minutes drive from Mérida.
The first level has an entry vestibule, a spacious living room, a
dining room, and large modern, well-equipped kitchen. The
furnishings are very artsy, unique, thoughtful and relaxing.
The second level has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
There are fans in all rooms; and the master suite is equipped with
air conditioning, TV and DVD. Though AC really comes extra with the
cool breezes hitting from the large palapa balcony.
The front the open terrace around the pool offers a relaxing place
to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea, sun tanning and beautiful
sunsets. This home will definitely provide you the Tropical Escape
you are looking for without compromising comfort and luxuries.
Public transportation goes by every 20 minutes towards Chicxulub,
Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However, having a car would be more
comfortable.
The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there
most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.

Beach club near by where you can take wind/kite surf and sailing
lessons and has a delicious restaurant.
Fishing and scuba diving can be arranged in Chicxulub with the local
fishermen.
