2 Bath, Den, 2 Car Garage Villa, was built in 2003 & offers all the
comforts & amenities required for the assurance of a truly enjoyable
vacation. You'll enjoy tranquil mornings on the screened lanai,
overlooking the lake, as the sun rises, the birds sing & the aroma
of coffee brewing, wakes you to another gorgeous Florida Day.

The Villa has Central Air Conditioning (A/C) and wall mounted
varible speed controlled fans in every room. It is newly furnished,
including towels, linens, china & cooking utensils & shows like a
model. It's bright & airy, sleeps 4-6 & is resort living at its
best. The kitchen has corian counter tops & off-white cabinets & is
equipped to satisfy the tastes of the finest connoisseurs. The
laundry room contains both, a full size washer & dryer. The
Breakfast, Dining & Living Areas are spacious & fully furnished,
with a "Wet Bar" conveniently located for Lanai access through three
large sliding glass doors. The Master Bedroom Suite is spacious,
with a King Size Bed, Cable TV/VCR Combo, a Walk-in Closet, Two
Sinks, a separate enclosed Shower, and a Jacuzzi Soaking Tub. The
second Bedroom has Twin Beds, Cable TV/DVD Combo & ample closet
space. In the Den you will find a Queen Size Sleep Sofa, Cable TV,
DVD with Surround Sound, a VCR & an electronically controlled
genuine leather Massaging Lounge Chair, perfectly equipped to sooth
tired achy muscles after a long day of golf on either of the two "on-
site" Community Golf Courses.

For additonal golfing challenges/experiences, there are more than
fifty quality golf courses located within a radius of twenty miles.
