If you're looking for a relaxing vacation without the hassel, this would be it! This 2
bedroom/2 bathroom condo with new beautiful bamboo solid hardwood floors is fully-
furnished with all the "little" things you'll need to have a pleasant stay in the southwest
Florida area. All you'll need to bring with you is a toothbrush and your swimsuit - the
rest is already there!

Shopping, great food, and of course, the beach, is just around the corner. (5 minutes to
the beach!) If you don't like getting "sand in your trunks", don't worry, jump in the pool or
play a game of tennis.

Also.... for all you golfers out there, some of the greatest golf courses are less then 5
minutes from the condo!

tastiest restaurants in Florida. Start your day off with a game of tennis and then a dip in the
pool - or just sit out on the lanai and enjoy the morning paper with a cup of coffee

Attention: We will not rent the condo out daily. It will only be rented out for at least 2
weeks or more. Hope you understand. Have a look at the calendar above to see when the
condo is available. I always update it.

Peak Season: January - March $700 per week.
High Season: April $650 per week.
Mid Season: May $600 per week.
Low Season: June - September $550 per week.
Mid Season: Oct - November $600 per week.
High Season: December $650 per week.

The only other cost is the $100 cleaning fee.

ATTENTION: The rates quoted are for 2 people - price will vary for
more than 2.

Internet is available upon request for $25 a week.

Discounts for frequent renters and those wanting to stay for a
longer period of time. Just ask.
