Relax and enjoy this fully furnished and equipped 3BR 2BA lake front
house on a quiet cove of Lake Norman. Pier and covered boat slip
included, we have water even in the low season. Screened porch and 2
decks overlook the lake. Located on
Kilkee Lane (off of Rhynland) in Sherrills Ford, NC.

It's all here to make your stay a little more comfortable... This is a
completely furnished/equipped dwelling. Sleeping 6-8 comfortably, with
queen beds in the master and second bedroom, 2 singles in the third
bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You have all cooking
utensils, small appliances, dinnerware, pillows, and blankets. Bring
your own linens and towels, please. The kitchen has all appliances
including full size stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher,
coffeemaker, toaster. Other conveniences include air-conditioning,
ceiling fans, washer/dryer, gas grill, cable tv and internet, dvd, vacuum
cleaner, and iron. Any questions about the area?

Available weekly, monthly, will consider nightly rentals, min 2 nights.
Rates vary depending on dates, holidays and lengths of stay.
Weekly from: $800-$1050, Nightly from $150-200, Monthly from
$1500(winter only)-$3200. (+7% tax)
Standard summer rates are $950/week, prefer Saturday to Saturday,
$200/night.
No smoking please.
Some pets negotiable with a $50 fee.
$75 cleaning fee, can be waived if you want to clean yourself. All
cleaning supplies provided.
We prefer that you bring your own linens and towels. ($50 linen rental
fee if you use the linens/towels that are stored on site.)
We require a signed rental agreement with 50% of rent due within 7
days of making the reservation. We accept VISA, Mastercard,
personal checks, money orders or certified checks. Remaining balance
due 14 days prior to your arrival. Security deposit is $300, due 14
days prior to arrival and fully
refundable within 30 days after your stay is completed.
