Vacation Rental Description

Nice three bedroom, 2 bath home with lake view located in nice area 
of Lake Havasu City.  Located on a cul de sac with plenty of 
parking.  Indoor laundry room.  Master bedroom has king bed with 
large walk-in shower.  2 guest bedrooms have queen beds.  Nice 
covered patio with BBQ.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates:

Weekly rate is for a 6 night stay.

Holiday Rate:  Call for Rates

Cleaning fee is $125 after any stay.

2 night minimum stay

Refundable security deposit:  $600

72 hour canellation policy

NO SMOKING!  THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!  This is my second home.  I 
only rent it out on days that I unable to be there (Check calendar
