Vacation Rental Description

We are glad you decided to visit and know that you are looking 
forward to your next vacation.  Sunny Side Up is located steps away 
from the white sandy beaches of Redington Shores, Florida.  It is 
nestled between Saint Petersburg and Clearwater which gives Sunny 
Side Up a wonderful location to do or go anywhere in the area 
(that's if you want to leave at all).

* 2 Bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Twin Beds/Bunkbeds, 1 Sofabed (can sleep up 
to six)

* 2 Bathrooms - 1 Tub, 1 Shower enclosure

* Full Kitchen: Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker (a must), cookware, 
utensils, dishes, glassware/barware

* Linens/Towels/Beach Towels

* Central Air Conditioning

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal Rates

1/1 through 4/30       $1050/week     $3000/month

5/1 through 9/30     $950/week     $2800/month

10/1 through 12/31   $800/week     $2500/month

Security Deposit of $300.00 to reserve, refundable two (2) weeks 
after departure and walkthrough.  Deposit will be forfieted if 
cancelled less than 30 days of scheduled arrival. An 11% tourism tax 
applies along with a $75 cleaning fee.
