Villa Shamu is a truly beautiful family 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa, 
with 2 Master suites and a Games Room in a new and peaceful 
development. Elegantly and comfortably furnished throughout with 
Cable TVs, DVD, Playstation. 
GamesRoom in Garage for those extra few hours in the evening.
Villa Shamu suits all ages. 
You can sit and relax for hours in our large Pool or Spa. 
You can have a quiet read by the pool in our comfortable loungers. 
There is simply something for everyone! 
Facilities: 
30 x 15 ft Pool and spa with very comfortable reclinning loungers and 
chairs.
5 Bedrooms: 2 King bedroom suites with double bathrooms and the other 
3 bedrooms each have a single and a double bed and also all with 
ensuites (all rooms have cable TV). The home comfortable sleeps 13 
people , ideal for 2 families sharing or for a golfing party of 4 or 
8 were each player will have their own bed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Silver Creek is a quiet community, surrounded by wooded conservation 
and conveniently situated off Highway 27. It is a mile from its 
junction with Highway 192, and only 12 minutes from Disney. 

At the entrance to the community there is a shopping plaza, which 
includes a Winn-Dixie supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, 
dentist, petrol station, dry cleaners, hairdresser and pizza takeaway 
who also deliver free.

There is also a walk-in Medical Centre approximately 5 miles away.
Also only 5 mins drive along the US highway 27 south is the large 
Walmart Superstore. 

Activities and Attractions

Situated so close to Disney theme parks, Magic kingdom, Epcot, MGM 
studios, seaworld and many more. The best shopping at Florida can be 
found at the Florida Mall (35 mins) and Mall of the Millennia a more 
up-market line (40 mins). The house has 8 beds so making it perfect  
accomodation for a Golfing group who wish to enjoy the numerous golf 
courses close by. For those who like the beach the Gulf coast is only 
an hour away.
