Vacation Rental Description

Cozy Beach Bungelow that is close to everything, the beach, 
shopping, restaurant's, Crystal Pier, and famous Garnett Street, but 
yet tucked away on a quiet street.  Once you arrive, you won't have 
to get back in your car until you leave.  Unlike mission beach where 
there are few restaurant's and little shopping, this location has 
the 
best beach close by for all activities including great surfing, but 
also has over a dozen restaurant's within 3 blocks.  This house has 
hardwood floors, two leather sofa's (one a queen sleeper),Sony 
34inch 
high def XBR DirectTv with dvd in the living room, 42 inch 1080p high def DirectTv's with 
DVD in the Master bedroom, Direct TV & XBOX in the second bdrm.  The backyard 
has a private deck with Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, BBQ and table with six chairs and a second 
table and chairs.  A full kitchen with Gas range,microwave,fridge, 
and teak table with 6 chairs will make for comfortable 
cooking/dining.  But you will probably want to walk the 1 to 3 
blocks 
to eat at the many great restaurant's instead.  Keep it simple, be 
lazy, enjoy!

Parking for two large vehicles, or one motorcoach, rare for the 
beach!

Quiet backyard area is perfect for lounging and BBQing!
The hippist beach is just steps away.

Activities and Attractions

Hit the Beach Baby!!!
Some of socal's best surfing and peoplewatching is just step's from 
your door.  Several rental shop's are within 2 block's for bikes,
surf and boogie boards, skates, skateboards, Jetskis, etc.  Shopping 
and restaurant's are great within walking distance, but if you want 
the most upscale available anywhere in the world, La Jolla village 
is 
just a 5 minute drive north.  Downtown and the Gaslamp district as 
well as the airport are 15 minutes away.  Sea World and the World 
Class San Diego 
Zoo are 5 and 15 minutes respectively.  There are activities too 
numerous to list for this wonderful city of San Diego, but a more 
extensive list will be provided with your vacation, along with some 
local knowledge and opinion.

Vacation Rental Rates

6/28/08 thru 8/23/08 $2200 week 
8/23/08 thru 9/27/08 $1500 week    
5/23/09 thru 6/27/09 $1900 week
6/27/09 thru 8/22/09 $2200 week
8/22/09 thru 9/26/09 $1500 week   
10.5% Transient Occupancy tax added to each rental
20%  of rate shown above due at time of reservation(reservation fee)
Balance due (including security deposit below, and tax)60 days prior 
to stay
$500 security deposit (to be refunded within 2 weeks of leaving 
house in same condition as check-in) 
If Cancellation notice is received more than 60 days prior to stay, 
all monies received less the reservation fee will be refunded.  
Within 60 days, if the condo is re-rented for the same time period, 
the same will apply for those days re-rented.  If it cannot be re-
rented then only the security deposit will be refunded.  Please
