Sea Breeze is a three bedroom 1300 sq ft foot, two bath duplex located
just 150 yards from the beautiful sand and surf of
West Beach in Gulf Shores Alabama. The property is conveniently
located just two miles west of Hwy 59. Both the upper and lower units each have 3 bedrooms and two baths. Bedrooms (k,q,q) in upper and (q,q,q).We have available queen sized aerobeds for both units as well as a crib or pack n play. The units can be rented together or separately.
The upper unit has large French doors opening onto the front deck
with a view of the Gulf. Enjoy early mornings on the deck or watch the
picturesque coastal sunsets.
The fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops is open to the
living room and is very clean and bright. Dine at the large dining room table
or relax at the bar. Appliances include full size
refrigerator, Jenn Air stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,
blender and a full size size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom with French doors leads to a separate deck
hosts a king-sized bed private bath (with spa tub and shower) and a
large closet. A two-way gas fireplace faces both the bedroom and
living room, making this the perfect for a fall retreat as well. There are
two additional bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds. A baby crib is available for your use as well. There are five highly styled ceiling fans throughout the unit.
Additional amenities include Wireless Internet Connection, Telephone with free longdistance within the US. Direct TV
satellite, 2 Flatscreen TV's and a third TV (for viewing movies only), two DVD's and one VCR. There are a number of movies and DVD's for your viewing pleasure.

A Gas BBQ grill and an outdoor shower are provided for your use as well.
The lower unit also has three bedrooms, sleeps eight as well with three
queen-sized beds and an aerobed.
Covered parking is provided for 3 cars for each unit directly under
the duplex (Additional parking available)
