Annual rental lease $6,000.00 per month.
HIGH SEASON RATES:
Monthly rental High Season, Nov 1 to April 30, $8,000.00 per month.
Weekly rental available, from $2800.00 to $4500.00 (subject to # of people
and time of season.)
Daily rates
Available min. 3 nights, from $300.00 per day.(depending on # of people and time of year)
MID SEASON RATES:
Monthly.... $7,000.00 per month. May, September and October.
Weekly rental available, from $2500.00 to $3500.00 (subject to # of people
and time of season.)
SUMMER SPECIAL RATES: June, July or August, monthly rental $6,000.00
June, July or August,
Weekly rental $2100.00 to $2800.00
A $175.00 to $350.00 cleaning fee is added to any rental period. $175.00 to all contracts, if home needs excessive cleaning after departure, funds will be deducted from security deposit.
Call for availability.
A security deposit of $2,500.00 to $5,000.00 is required, depending
upon number of people and length of stay. Security deposit will be
refunded after departure and inspection, with no damages.
