Between Flagler and Ormond Beach--Natural Area in Flagler Beach

Ours is a very special location between a state park and a nature
preserve. The beach is never crowded, birding opportunities along
the Halifax River are breathtaking. The first floor location offers
the most convenient access to pool and beach with fabulous views
from all rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. We have newer
carpet, appliances and furniture, two TVs, cable and both CD and DVD
players.
This is a place to relax and enjoy! Visitors return again and again.

There is a more-than-adequate supply of linens and towels, an ice
maker for convenience, an on-site coin laundry, a golf course
adjacent to the property and many championship courses in the area.
Of course there is a tennis court, shuffleboard and a barbeque grill
for community use. Our patio offers views of the pool and ocean
while the broad walkway on the west offers a pleasant covered
sitting area with views of the golf course and sunsets. Numerous
moderately priced restaurants are located within 3 miles and fine
dining is only a short, scenic drive away in Ormond Beach.

Freshwater (Halifax River) and salt water fishing (surf or the pier
at Flagler) is available. There are great areas for canoeing,
especially at the Tomokka State Park, or for enjoying larger boats.
The "Loop Road" offers some of the most scenic opportunities in
Florida as it meanders along the marshes southward to Ormond Beach.
Daytona Beach with its bustling activities is only approximately 25
minutes away and the Kennedy Space Center, Disney, newly refurbished
Marineland and St. Augustine are easy drives as well.

Monthly rates are $1,800 to $1,850 depending on the season. Weekly
rates are also available ($800 May through August, $850 other
months. All rates include taxes and cleaning fee in the amount
stated. Deposits of $200 are required. Monthly rentals or longer
preferred January through March.
