This unique house is designed with family and small groups in mind.
Safely located in an exclusive neighborhood of luxury villas just
minutes from the ocean, the Casa Mariposa overlooks the stunning Les
Palmas Golf Course. Golf enthusiasts can receive a special discount
at the course during their stay at the Casa Mariposa (please inquire
upon booking).

A 25m lap pool stretches across an expansive backyard where lime,
almond and mango trees create a canopy of shade on sunny afternoons.
At night, tiny fireflies drift along starlit skies as you cook fresh
caught fish on the barbeque or take an evening stroll along the
border of the golf course.

The house is divided into four areas, perfect for social gatherings
but also when you want some personal time to read, or simply unwind.
Three large bedrooms have their own private entrances, large
windows, personal bathrooms and showers. The fourth room is a large
living area with a complete kitchen, dining room table and a sitting
area that opens onto the pool deck.

To guarantee the very best vacation experience, the house will be
rented to one party at a time.

• Your friendly caretakers Felipe and Raquel will clean the
rooms, the swimming pool, front and back yards.
• Bed sheets are changed every other day.
• Fresh towels are provided when needed.
• Fully stocked kitchen is available including a fridge, stove
and oven.
• Lawn chairs and patio furniture available.

Ixtapa is a world-class, modern resort minus the frenzied pace that
accompanies many Mexican hotspots like Cancun and Acaulpulco. Two
prestigious golf courses – including the new 18-hole Marina Golf
Course – and a world-class, 600-slip yacht marina are Ixtapa’s most
notable luxuries.

A variety of restaurants will please any palette from gourmet pizza
with exotic toppings to fresh authentic Mexican. Pockets of
charming, boutique-style shops dot the main strip - a mere 20 minute
walk from the house- stocking native specialties like exquisite
Mexican silver and pure aromatic vanilla.

The beach is a two-mile stretch of white sand aptly named Playa del
Mar meaning “the white place” in native Nahuatl Indian. The
offshore breezes make it an ideal choice location for sports
enthusiasts look to try their hand at parasailing, sailing and
windsurfing, or skim the coastline on one of the many Jet Ski or
water skiing rentals available. All beaches are open to the public
except where you see the sign “Todo Incluido” which means All
Inclusive (Club Med is all inclusive but their facilities are
available for those willing to purchase a day pass. Enquire upon
booking).

The beaches are dotted with private umbrellas that are available for
use by the public providing you purchase either food or drinks from
the associated hotel. Not a hard sell for those looking to
experience delicious, locally caught seafood, buttery guacamole,
soft corn tortillas and fresh salsa. Top it off with a Corona and a
cloudless sky to capture the true meaning of the word “vacation”.

Peak Season $150.00/night (minimum of 1 week)
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter & Holy Weeks
