This completely renovated condominium offers sweeping views of the
powder-sand beach and a short walk to the charming village of Siesta
Key, providing the ideal location for your next vacation. This 2
bedroom, 2 bath unit has a gorgeous new kitchen and bath. All floors
are tiled and all furnishings are new. The screened-in lanai
looking out onto Siesta Key is a perfect place to relax in the
mornings and at the end of your day and is perfect for catching the
breeze and watching the sun set over the waves. The open living and
dining area is bright, roomy, and charmingly furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishes and utensils, range,
dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. Cable TV with 3 Flat screen TV's (with DVD), WI-FI and local telephone service are provided. Each roomy
bedroom has an adjoining bath and ample closets. Complete linens are
furnished, including bath and beach towels.

The condominium has central air conditioning, but you can open the
windows and sliding glass doors to let the breeze flow through.
Laundry facilities on every floor are located near the elevator. You
will have assigned, covered parking and use of all on-site
facilities (see the Amenities page).

From your condominium, you can enjoy the beautiful Siesta Key beach
on the the "World's Finest, Whitest Sand!" Or you can take a few
steps in the opposite direction to swim in our heated Olympic-size
pool or relax in a comfortable lounge chair. If you get hungry feel
free to optimize the grills and picnic tables next to the pool area.

Beside the pool is a shuffleboard court, or you can rack up the pool
table or a game of pingpong in our air-conditioned lounge or even
gather for a game of cards. Our excercise room has a choice of
cardio work-out equipment and weights with adjoining bathrooms with
shower and sauna facilities.

Siesta Key is one of Florida's premier vacation locations. Miles of soft, pure crystal-white sand have earned the Siesta Key Beaches many awards, including the Worldï's Finest, Whitest Sand.   The public beach has a nice playground,
picnic areas, and tennis and beach volleyball courts. Cycling around
the island is great...you will enjoy the gulf breeze as you pedal
across flat terrain through lush tropical beauty. Scuba diving,
boating, parasailing, jetskiing, or just looking for shells or
sunning yourself on the beach. It's all here, just waiting for you
to enjoy.

Shops in Siesta Key Village offer a wonderful variety of products
and services. You can purchase anything from sunscreen to
fashionable boutique clothing and just about everything in between.
Restaurants right here on the key can satisfy your cravings, whether
you're in the mood for a scrumptious breakfast, a luscious lunch, a
delightful dinner, or a late night snack and drink.

Of course, there's plenty of Florida fun off the key, too.

There are worlds of fun and interesting places to visit in Sarasota
and the surrounding areas. There are art, car, Ringling Circus, and
historical museums, a hands-on science center, botanical gardens,
and both a marine laboratory and bird sanctuary to visit. Golf
courses, driving ranges, and bowling alleys are ready for you to
come and play, and of course there are world-class shopping areas
and restaurants. You'll enjoy participating in the area's highly
regarded cultural life, ranging from opera, orchestra, and live
theater performances to bookstores, movies, and comedy, dance, and
music clubs. It's easy to take a daytrip to theme parks in Tampa and
Orlando from here, although you'll probably be having so much fun on
Siesta Key that you won't want to leave!
