bath, furnished ranch home conveniently located near the clubhouse.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and
dishwasher, a dining room with table and chairs, a breakfast nook
with table and chairs, a large screened lanai with patio set,
washer/dryer, ceiling fans in every room, a two-car garage, and your
own golf cart. The home is humidity controlled, as well as
temperature controlled, making it extremely comfortable all year
around.

The family room features a leather recliner, a leather sofa with two
additional recliners, a 27” TV, a five-disk CD/DVD player and a home
theater system. Cable TV, local telephone, and all utilities are
provided.

The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare and serve your own
home cooked meals – dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee-
maker, and toaster.

The master bedroom suite has a cherry bedroom set, two closets, and
a spacious bath with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom is fully
furnished to accommodate overnight guests. All linens are provided.
The home is bright and airy and everything is provided to make your
stay as comfortable and carefree as possible… after all, you’re on
vacation!!!

created here. This is a community that has been done well, right
down to the smallest detail, and where everyone you meet is warm and

For the golfer, there are two private 18-hole courses that are kept
meticulously manicured, a driving range, and a putting green, all
free with the golf package. Private lessons are also available by
Eddie Frye, Lake Ashton’s golf professional, at an additional cost.

Other facilities at Lake Ashton include two lighted tennis courts,
four lighted shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, a heated swimming
pool and whirlpool spa, a patio grill area, and a 26,000 square foot
club house that houses a four-lane bowling alley, an exercise and
fitness center with saunas, a billiards room, a card room, an arts
and crafts room equipped with a kiln for ceramics, a ball room for
supervised activities such as line dancing, a library with four
computers with Internet access, a surround-sound movie theater, and
a restaurant. These facilities, except for the restaurant, of
course, are all available for your use, free of charge.

There is a full-time social activities director who maintains a
steady stream of special activities and entertainment, so there are
always new and exciting things to do. And don’t forget the fishing
in the many lakes and ponds throughout the community and the on-site
full-service bank.

Lake Ashton is approximately 40 miles southwest of Orlando, Disney
World, and Universal Studios. The newly updated Cypress Gardens
Adventure Park in Winter Haven, offering great rides and concerts,
is only 10 minutes away, as is Bok Tower in Lake Wales. The Kennedy
Space Center, Busch Gardens in Tampa, and the Florida coastlines are
also within easy driving distance.
For shopping, the Eagle Ridge Mall and a beautiful new Publix
supermarket are only two miles away and a new, Super Wal-Mart only
five miles away. And there is a wide selection of good restaurants
in the Winter Haven area.

This home is only rented by the month and the rental fees include local telephone calls, cable television, and full use of the clubhouse. The golf package includes unlimited use of the two golf courses and the golf practice facilities for two people. Long-term rentals are also available at excellent rates.
