Poconos Contemporary Retreat 1012 in Lake Ariel

This fully furnished mountain vacation home is in the Hideout, a
four star resort community in the Lake Region of the Pocono
Mountains. The house is situated on a hill, nestled beside mature
hemlock trees. A large front deck with patio seating and a bbq grill
looks out over hillsides and the Pocono Mountains. The main level of
the home features an open floorplan, with a fully equipped
contemporary kitchen, sun filled dining area, and a comfortably
furnished living room with a corner fireplace and a flat screen tv
with cable and DVD player. There are three bedrooms on the main level
of this home. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and attached
bathroom. The second bedroom has a full sized bed, and the third
bedroom has 4 twin beds (a set of bunkbeds and a highriser day bed
that could also be put together into one larger bed). There is a
second full bathroom on this level. The lower level of the home has
recently been finished, adding a third full bathroom as well as a
comfortable and casual family room, also with cable television.

This Poconos retreat is centrally located in the community, and is
within short walking distance of skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing,
and the arts and crafts center with ceramics studio. The lake, beach,
pool, and tennis courts are approximately a mile from the home,
either a pleasant walk or just a quick drive.

Relax after a day of swimming or skiing (seasonal) by the fireplace
or in the jacuzzi spa hot tub.

The Hideout community offers many amenities including tennis, golf,
six lakes, two beaches, two pools, basketball, a softball field,
bocci, shuffleboard, indoor tennis and basketball, a fitness center,
game room, arts and crafts center, paddleball, miniature golf, beach
volleyball, horseshoes, clubhouse, lodge gourmet dining, pub, skiing,
snowboarding, snowtubing, ice skating, hiking and walking trails, and
many other great amenities and activities.

Within just five to ten minutes of this home, you'll find a zoo; a
family park with a paintball range, miniature golf, bumper boats,
GoKarts, and water cannons; horseback riding; a small water park;
antique shops; and much more.

In the local area you can also enjoy outlet shopping, casinos, AAA
baseball, arena football, semi-pro hockey, museums, historic sites, a

attractions.
